Robert and his team did a great job restoring the framing of our garage that had rotted beans. Communication was good- he kept us updated and sent pictures along the way. He also saw to things personally when the extent of the problem needed to be further assessed. He have us honest and realistic quotes. We definitely recommend them!

I had water damage to my home and I chose Quality Restoration company to restore my home. I let my insurance adjustor know how impressed I was with Robert Post & that I chose Quality Restoration to restore my home. Robert was exemplary in choosing the best people to restore my home. I chose Bruce Home Improvement to build my kitchen cabinets & install them in my home and they did a spectacular job. Bruce Improvement company is exemplary & they were recommended by Robert Post. Wilson Art built my counter top and they did exceptional. Robert Post chose the best people working for him to restore my home. Throughout the restoration project of my home, Robert Post supervised with utmost scrutiny. For example, when they installed my new dishwasher he checked it out and pointed a problem out & it was taken care of immediately. Robert Post is very thorough and exemplary in everything being perfect at the close of the restoration of your home. This company I would rate as a 10+ in every aspect from start to finish. I felt the weight come off of me when I turned my home restoration project over to Quality Restoration to complete after extensive water damage. Robert Post is the head Contractor of Quality Restoration. All communications with Robert Post were very responsive, polite & professional. The communications were responded to either immediately or within a 24 hr. radius. He was exemplary in customer care. His painters he chose were an outstanding team. I wish I had gotten Quality Restoration to do my new flooring as well but I did not know I could have changed after signing a contract earlier. When we had a sudden leak in our kitchen, Eric showed up quickly and immediately got to work. He removed the damaged materials, set up all the drying equipment, and made sure everything was safe before starting repairs. The finished work looked flawless. Professional, reliable, and excellent communication.
