We had a serious mold issue on our second floor, and The Best Air Quality and Restoration handled it flawlessly. Their team was extremely professional and explained the entire remediation process step by step. The mold removal was done thoroughly and efficiently, and they also cleaned our air ducts. We immediately noticed a huge improvement in air quality throughout the house. Everything was left clean and organized. Highly recommend!

Having had the unfortunate experience of having to have mitigation 4 times prior to calling upon The Best Air Quality & Restoration, I can unequivocally say they are the best in the business, just as their name suggests. Val and his team do thorough and honest work. Mauricio and the other techs not only handled mitigation, but also replaced drywall and repaired and painted an extensive area of my home flawlessly. If you are in need of any of the services they offer, look no further than this company.

We are very happy with the work done by Best Air Quality and Restoration. Having recently purchased our condo, it was important to us that our HVAC System operate efficiently and at peak performance possible for a system that was already past its prime.Our technicians, Sergei and Saba spent time evaluating what was needed and explaining to us how the work they would do would improve the functioning of the system. The work was done promptly and everything was cleaned up before they left. I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend Best Air Quality and Restoration.

I appreciated the prompt scheduling and communication. Unfortunately just 3 stars as I only requested one service (dryer vent cleaning) which I needed to be end-to-end. After the service, there was still more than a softball size amount of lint at the dryer end of the line. There was quick communication to address my question/concern but unfortunately for the cost and service provided this did not meet my needs. The company advised they don’t repair dryers, which was never my need or ask. Without cleaning the dryer lint vent, the line is going to immediately dirty again. I would not use for a dryer vent cleaning to only have it half clean after spending $199. This company may be best suited for other services.

Val and his team are knowledgeable, punctual, professional, patient, and respectful. Val was honest with me from the get go about what needed to be done and his team updated me at every single step of the process. I was so impressed by the two gentlemen he sent to do the work--both Mauricio and Mehdti were thorough, communicative, and so helpful. Paul, one of the project managers, was also great. I got quotes from multiple contractors and Val gave me an honest and fair price which included mold testing once the job was done--something the other contractors did not include. He did what he could for me as the customer and I am very grateful. They did a great job--I will recommend them to others in the future.
