I reached out to Lawn Dr a few days ago and they were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Brendan came out today and did a thorough inspection of our lawn. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the pest issue we didn’t even know we had. He walked us through our options and got us started right away on a solid recovery plan that includes pest control, fertilizing, and deep seeding this fall. Their prices are very affordable for the level of service and expertise they provide. We’re really looking forward to watching our lawn get healthier and thicker with their help.

I had recently installed sod in my back yard late spring. I did fertilize it as well. The sod initially took but by mid and end of July it was struggling on one side (see picture). The techs came out and treated it with some fertilizer and anti bug/grub spray. In one treatment the yard improved but I’ve had two treatments now and the yard looks great. Even more so they treated the front yard (which wasn’t as bad) as well. The front looks amazing too. The price is alright. Not inexpensive but not super expensive. So middle ground. They work with you to work in the price range you may have in regards to treatment options. For me the price was worth it to keep the new sod alive and for my kid to have green grass to play on. I would definitely recommend this company for other people. Pictures are before and after of the back yard. And one pic of the front no before and after.

Our lawn looks amazing, probably the best in our neighborhood. Having a thick green lawn is not easy and people in Colorado know that. When we had what I thought was a fungus, one of Lawn Doctors experts came out and gave me tips and advice and it worked. . I appreciate the heads up texts I get a day or two before scheduled services and Conner D. texted when he was on his way. The services are quick but thorough.

Lawn Doctor has done an excellent job of keeping the weeds under control - which is a monumental task out here in Falcon! Joseph always walks our property with me and addresses areas of concern, super nice!
