Green Future and Tommy in particular were very easy to work with. We went through several designs and options for materials and worked out the best options for our budget. We’re looking forward to using our new patio and resurfaced deck for years to come!

Contracted with the Green Future team for a multi-phased project back in 2024. After getting HOA and County approval for the project, Phase I - one leaning tree was removed from the front yard and 8-9 trees were removed from our backyard. The trees in the backyard were removed to make way for Phase II which was the building of a deck and screened in porch. The project started off a little slow as they are in high-demand but once the GF team got going, everything went smoothly, the craftsmanship and quality of the work was top notch, and they took care of the permit and inspection process with the County. The work from the GF team was impressive from the screened in porch with remote ceiling fan and door to the deck and bump out that was a perfect fit for my grill. We had stair lights added for aesthetics. The team, Anthony Martone (Project Mgr.) Walter Rivas (Construction Mgr.)., Alicia Belville (Design Center Specialist), and their crew were all very pleasant and professional to work with. We are actually doing Phases III and IV with them now that includes pavers under the deck/porch and grading/reseeding of the area where the trees were cleared out in the backyard just off of the deck. The only negative if you want to call it a negative, is that they get very busy in the spring and summer because they do great work. So, if you want high-quality work done, you better book them now! Green Future Construction built our replacement deck in the spring of 2026, and the entire experience was excellent. The sales representative and program manager were consistently responsive and attentive to our questions and concerns, and the construction lead and crew worked efficiently and professionally throughout. We’re very pleased with both the quality of the new deck and the overall process and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Remarkable company on so many levels. If 10 stars were available, that's what they should receive. We had some drainage issues on our property and we're told Green Future was the best. We also decided to replace all of our concrete with pavers. Each phase from initial contact through design and installation was completed with professionalism and pride in the job they were hired to do. Attention to detail by the craftsmen who installed our beautiful pavers was unbelievable. They came to work with a smile on their faces and a true desire to leave a smile on our faces.
