The cosmetic result and drainage solution are both excellent despite our challenging lot. Materials and craftsmanship were top notch. GFC also saved our distressed large maple by promptly applying a systemic fertilizer. Without this intervention we would have likely lost this tree that is very important to us as it provides shade to the patio.”

“I work as a property manager for the community. The manager of the landscaping company is very hard to communicate with. The quality of work was not up to the board's expectations. We have tried to meet with them to fix the issues, and they have not been responsive. We also use them for the landscaping, and they are doing the bare minimum.”

“The team did an excellent job with grading to address water pooling around my home. I was very happy with results. They also leveled my entire backyard with soil and seeded late fall and spring. I enjoyed a nice lawn in my backyard for the summer for the first time! I highly recommend Green Future!”
“We had our work done in December and January. The ground was soft because of precipitation. Ruts from their truck were left in our lawn. Their solution was to put grass seed in the rut. The holes were not filled in. In addition the fire pit that they installed has developed three large cracks in the exterior. I would not work with them again.”

“I would absolutely recommend Green Future Construction. They worked very quickly and did not disrupt my daily routine, even though the job included tearing up most of the yard. The workers were very professional and friendly. They installed a large rain garden and a new lawn for us, and our contact at Green Future was very patient answering all our questions about maintaining the lawn. They are also approved to participate in PG County's Rain Check Rebate Program, which is a great bonus.”

“I thought Green Future did a nice job, overall. They were very easy to work with, the pricing was reasonable and the final product is really nice. I also appreciate that they came back to fix some items a couple of months after the original work was done when we noticed some small issues (and didn't charge us for the work). My only "complaint" is that we had some ground cover plantings put in as part of the fall project we did and none of them took (not sure if they died over the winter or what)...and the response we got was "we don't guarantee our plantings." Pretty disappointing to pay for something that fails within a couple of months and be told we have no recourse.”

“They have a great tree warranty.”
“The landscape architect did not listen in our design meeting and had to redo work and exceeded the amount of time allotted for the project so work was never completed. The tree people changed the date without notice and did a poor job at fixing the yard. The tree stump was supposed to be below ground and I now have tree sprouts comng out of the ground.”
