I’m very pleased with the results for the project in my condo that Select K & B just completed. Did a small reconfiguration of my kitchen which makes a big difference in its use. Also replaced a shower with a tub and new bathroom tile. It was all expertly done. Derek was great at creating the plans and setting reasonable pricing. He worked with me to reuse what we could. I really appreciated the level of supervision and quality control exhibited by Joe. Good job everyone!

We had Select Kitchen and Bath do a master bathroom remodel in early 2021. We were very happy with their job at the time and gave them a fantastic review. I am updating that review this year as we have learned some things about the install that totally negates that previous review. This year our master bathroom shower developed an incredible smell. Multiple plumbers thought it was due to the toilet installed in the Master Bathroom by Select Kitchen and Bath. When one of these plumbers finally removed the toilet we discovered that it had not been installed correctly. The flange was below floor level, which is not how it should be. The flange pipe was too small for the toilet and the toilet had just been jammed in so it would fit, instead of requesting a change order from us so it could be installed correctly. The two screws that held the back of the toilet to the floor were not actually proper screws. So every time we sat on the toilet the toilet tilted forward and crushed the wax ring on which the toilet is supposed to rest. Once we replaced the toilet and had it correctly installed the smell in the bathroom went away almost entirely. We still have a residual smell that we are working to diagnose with our plumbers. I am scared now about what we will discover next in our bathroom. What other corners were cut to build our master bathroom?

Select kitchen and Bath remodeled the main bathroom in our home. The workers were efficient, polite and thorough-making certain every detail was perfect. The project was completed on schedule with no follow up needed. We were delighted that our new bathroom was not only beautiful but also increased the value of our home!

We used Select for a complete remodel of our master bathroom. All the old fixtures, flooring, and lighting were replaced. The shower was enlarged and a small makeup station was added to an otherwise “dead space” next to the new vanity. We could not be more pleased with the new space! Designer Sergio expertly guided us thru selection of fixtures and finishes. PM Joe S. was at the house daily to inspect, troubleshoot, answer my questions. He answered my text & email questions promptly. He is also now one of my dog’s favorite people 😂. The crew was prompt, polite and did their best to minimize disruption. The stairs and floors were well protected throughout the work and plastic sheeting was hung to minimize dust. They cleaned up the site at the end of every day. When shopping for a contractor, we met with and got estimates from 4 firms. Select and 1 other firm submitted very similar numbers. We ultimately chose Select based on a strong recommendation of a neighbor and good reviews on line. So glad we did! We have a number of other home reno projects planned for the future and will definitely call Select again.
