Figured I would share more disturbing pictures of how our kitchen remodel experience ended. I have been in touch with management. They even sent out representative to identify a list of issues that were will to address and fix. But that was LAST year. I’ve emailed, called, left multiple messages but still no response from anyone from this company. I shouldn’t be surprised but had some hope when they actually sent a representative last year with promises to return with resolution to obvious and agreed issues. I’m still waiting for someone to return my calls to make an appointment. What is the best way to complete these repairs that were addressed and agreed upon?

Taner was punctual, knowledgeable and persuasive. Looking forward to a successful project. Will add more details later. Edit: The Hardie Board siding went great. The crew was very good and finished my 3400Sq/ft house and 500 sq/ft garage in 6 days. The county inspector even pointed out some items that they exceeded code on. We're so happy with the job we just signed on for windows and outdoor ceiling replacement.

I have enjoyed working with Taner on getting my new windows. He was very professional and polite. Was not being pushy but did work hard at getting me the best deal possible. He was very patient with me and my questions and explained everything. I will use him again.
