Today was phase one of upgrades to my home with new windows downstairs. Thank you Optim Home Solution’s, Team Albuquerque, for a wonderful job! Philip and his two man crew worked quickly, efficiently, with attention to detail. Shout out to Philip for his lighthearted positive attitude, strong customer service, courtesy, and teaching your team to “clean up as you go” versus mass cleanup at the end of the job. I was very impressed. Philip takes great pride in his work and insured his team did the same. The proof is in the pudding i.e. my new windows. I’m excited for phase 2!!

We’ve been shopping for windows for years and have always been reluctant to move forward. We are contractors ourselves and know how something should be done. This meeting made it on the calendar accidentally as I thought it was a company for something else — it was divine intervention in the best of ways. The product (Anlin), sales (Andre), and installers (Johnathan, Jason, and Philip) were all nothing short of AMAZING. The entire installation took less than 2 days and I have ZERO complaints. They were efficient, informative, and careful and clean workers. When they saw something that could potentially be an issue they took care of so it wasn’t my problem later. Thanks guys! A+

Looks like i spoke to someone from this company before... this time around I went for it because I felt that I had better options. The install went great! Doug was very careful, laid down for coverings, and protected the sink in the bathroom. He explained what he was doing and I felt comfortable with what he was doing. Great job! BTW- DOUG was the installer

Optum Home Solutions is an excellent company to work with when deciding upon completing shower renovations. This is my 3rd shower renovation I’ve completed with them. They did two showers in my former home and now completed a shower renovation on my new home. They were extremely kind and courteous; they know their business! The materials are beautiful and they explained everything throughout the process. My installer; Doug Clark was AMAZING!!! He came to my home to both do final measurements and completed the installation of my new shower. My shower is absolutely beautiful!! Doug was extremely kind and was very respectful while in my home and explained everything to me. He made me comfortable with the process and experience. I would highly recommend to anyone to use Optum Home Solutions; I have a guest bathtub/shower that needs renovated, to match the one I completed. I will contact them soon to discuss it. Thank you Doug and the entire staff at Optum! 😁 Update: 6/19/25 I received a call from Optum this week about a great deal they could do on my guest bathroom. Damon came and helped me with my requests and Michael the manager gave me an amazing deal in order to complete my bath renovations in my home. I requested Doug Clark to come back to complete the install because he was amazing as well. I’m so excited that Optum reached out to me, so I can complete my renovation!!! Again, I highly recommend Optum Home Solutions to anyone who desires a refresh of their bathroom. Thank you again Optum! 😁
