Heather came out to give me a quote on a kitchen remodel. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I chose Morgan Exteriors because of past experience as they install new windows indoors a few years ago and have always honored their lifetime warranty when things needed to be fixed I highly recommend them because of their honesty and quality workmanship, and the fact that they will take care of you after the sale and installation.

Extreme high-pressure sales tactics. Avoid this company. Heather came out to quote our kitchen remodel (which is currently down to the studs from water damage). She brought beat-up, heavily damaged cabinet samples and offered zero helpful design advice, relying on a basic AI mockup instead. ​The pricing structure is completely sketchy. The quote started at $96,000 but miraculously dropped to $50,000 after Heather called the owner multiple times. The catch? We had to sign today and promise to leave them a good review before they even touched our house. ​When we refused to be bullied into a same-day decision for work scheduled months out, Heather wouldn't back down. I finally had to be rude to get her to leave, which caused her to get angry and storm out. A reputable contractor lets their work speak for itself; they don't buy reviews upfront and use aggressive sales tactics. Buyer beware.

Morgans did a great job my home is absolutely beautiful 😍. They redid my kitchen and did my new Hardie board siding and paint outside. I did not give 5 stars due to all the miscommunication in the beginning. The result turned out beautiful. My suggestions are don't expect it to be like on TV where your whole kitchen is redone and everything perfect when they leave. We had to paint our kitchen walls and patch places where the new cabinets were different sizes and do our own lighting but the end result is beautiful. Also make certain everything you want is in writing as this will make the process much smoother as it was a rough beginning for us and make sure to sit down at the office to pick and choose exactly what you want. Eriq the kitchen remodel manager really came through for us he is wonderful but we still had to pay extra due to upgrades we thought we were getting from the start as the salesman quoted some things wrong. However I am very pleased with my final result. Jesus the siding contractor and his crew were awesome they were also amazing at finding solutions for lapping my siding over concrete. He did what it took to make me happy and I am a very hard person to please. The Painter was the sweetest and doing a great job as well. And of course Tomas the carpenter who did the entire kitchen was great as well very detailed. Joanne the project coordinator did a great job at staying on top of things. Thanks Morgans Kitchens & Exteriors I'm in love with my home again thanks to you all.

My house was damaged by Helena. I was dealing with contractors not showing up, unreliable people doing work in my house. I was losing my patience. I called Morgan Kitchens. They were incredible. The representative-designer came out and showed up right down to the very minute he said he would be here. His presentation was incredible. The workers were fantastic. Skilled crew. Very knowledgeable. They also showed up when they said they would be here, keeping in constant communication with me. And of course, Heather!! Heather made the process so reassuring and complete. Every detail was covered. Heather was great at communicating with me and keeping me informed about everything. I did not have to worry about anything. Heather had it all covered.
