From the initial presentation visit by Aubrey Durham to today's installation led by Isaac with his team member Martin, this process has been excellent. Aubrey was straight forward, knowledgable, no pressure, informative and very helpful. The numerous finance and payment options were varied and helpful. The installation today was amazing. Isaac arrived a little after 7 am and was finished shortly after 2pm following a complete review of the work done and how to operate the new shower. Clean-up of the work area was excellent. Currently I am in the 48-72 hour waiting period before using the shower to allow all sealing to set. I will post again regarding actual use later. This review is focused on the process from initial presentation and purchase to installation. I could not be happier with the process so far. Aubrey and Issac did terrific jobs. I could not be happier with the replacement of my old bathtub and installation go my new walk-in shower. Both Aubrey and Isaac came with years of valuable experience are both excellent representatives of Expo Home Improvement. Thank you. WB

Jon Witte, Carl and AJ were great! Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We replaced our old fiberglass tub/shower with a new walk-in shower. They communicated with us throughout the install process and were very respectful of our property, making sure everything was covered prior to starting and cleaning up afterwards, including removing all construction trash. They worked together as a team and made sure we were well satisfied with the job.

I can't say enough positive about this company. We met with the rep, Alex, on Monday, and he was knowledgeable and personable, and we signied up immediately. Four days later, the crew showed up and in under 6 hours, converted our standard shower/tub combo into a beautiful walk in shower. Incredible quality, capability, and the prices was right. We will use them for further renovations, not only in the bathrooms. We will need two vanity replacement, and other work, and they will be our first go-to. I completely and without reservation recommend them. I will be hiring them again.

My 89 year old mother was having a very difficult time getting in and out of the tub in her bathroom and had several near falls. Jonathan with Expo Home assured us they could convert it to a walk in shower in one day and explained it all in such detail that he sold us on the idea. Aldo and his crew did such a beautiful job and took great care to protect our floors during the install plus cleaned everything up afterwards. My mother is so pleased with the work and quality of her new walk-in shower with all the safety features. We strongly recommend Expo Home and are convinced it was the best decision.

Very good. Installers were polite and professional and kept us updated. Once the shower was installed, they cleaned up and left our bathroom the way they found it. We are satisfied and love our new walk-in shower.
