“Impressive Tile remodeled my master bathroom, removing an old plastic shower enclosure and installing a tile enclosure as well as tile floor and new vanity counter top. They also installed tile flooring in my laundry room and installed a tile floor in the guest bath and installed new vanity counter top. They were here every day at the same times and it only took 7 days to complete this project just as Chris promised. Jurek, the project manager was always available for any questions I had throughout the project. Greg did a really great job with all the tile work. All the counter tops were done by a subcontractor who did a great job as well. The shower glass was done by another subcontractor.”

“We had several issues with sloppy and uneven tile setting. One of the tiled shower walls is "bowed" leaving a 1/2 inch gap all along the top of the wall. Water connection for the new free standing tub was done incorrectly and left unchecked. The poor connection caused a water flood through the dining room ceiling soaking through rug and wood floor in the dining room below.”

“We had two bathrooms gutted and remodeled. Overall, Impressive Tile did a fantastic job. They did exactly what they committed to, in the timeframe they estimated. Every day they were on the job, they rang my doorbell promptly at 8, and started working. They left the job straight and clean every night at 5PM, ensuring that everything was stacked up and swept. Their craftsmanship on tile and plumbing work is outstanding. Our master shower is a large and complicated piece with glass tile, niches, dual his/her shower heads, and full wall tiling up to 11 feet ceiling. It turned out just beautiful. They were not the low bidder, but when Chris (the owner) came to talk to me an take my requirements to estimate the job, I was impressed by his questions and knowledge. And he had the most detailed and complete quote of any of the bidders, with details that gave me confidence he knew what he was doing. I would absolutely recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.”

“Basically, we had them do our Jack-and-Jill bathroom. They helped us design it, and it's fine—no problems at all. They remodeled it, also installed the tile, and did the bathtub as well. I would give them an A overall.”
“They're very attentive to detail. We did an extensive renovation of our master bath. They gave some ideas in addition to what we had; so, we had the design idea, and we discussed with them—he gave some ideas. I would say the workers that they had are always punctual. They took care of everything; they did the tile and pretty much everything. It was pretty much gutting out the whole bathroom and renovating it. I would give them an A.”

“They organized everything. They did my bathroom, and they gave me suggestions for one of the tile vendors they work with, so I could get a discount with them on the countertop. Everything—they guided me through it; they had a great design, great ideas, and they did the work pretty quick, comparatively. It was a pretty big project, and everything was great; they did a whole bathroom. I'd grade them A+.”
