I needed to add insulation to our detached shop, attached garage and increase the insulation in our home. I couldn’t be happier with the job Koala Insulation did for us. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Their communication was excellent — they kept us informed, showed up when they said they would, and followed through on everything they promised. They blew in approx 90 bags of fiberglass insulation. The quality of the work was outstanding, and they completed the project at a very affordable price compared to other options we looked at. It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers great service, fair pricing, and actually does what they say they will do. They respected our home as they cleaned up after completing the job. I highly recommend Koala Insulation to anyone looking for insulation work done right!

Great company to work with. They were on time for the estimate and for the work. Talon was knowledgeable and honest with the estimate and Shawn and Talon did a great job getting the insulation blown into my attic. Very professional and the price was the best value I found. Michael came out and took his time explaining all the options. He was very patient with all our questions. We had several quotes and no one took the time that he did. Pricing was within the ballpark and we went with the insulation suggestion he recommended. When it came time for the install he called the night before to let us know the process for the next day. The day of the installation he let us know early prior to the agreed upon start time there would be a delay due to the material drop off. He stayed in contact the entire time to make sure we were ok with the timing. The installation was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves without any issues. We are very happy with the entire process and would recommend to anyone needing insulation services.

Koala’s team was professional and transparent about their service costs. They performed a thorough inspection of our attic space, identifying potential issues that might be causing our hotspots. They provided a competitive estimate, and timeframe that the services would be completed. The installation team was awesome, showing up on time and completing the work within the estimated timeframe. They also provided a post job recap of the work. Several weeks later, I am gladly offering this review and while the modification they performed does not appear to have resolved our primary hotspot issue, it was performed at little to no cost to explore. Other potential solutions were also suggested, which we will evaluate after our summer season ends. We are anticipating a reduction in our overall cooling costs and are very pleased with the work performed. I highly recommend Koala Insulation for Peoria homeowners.

Koala did an amazing job at a reasonable price. Insulation can be messy but they did a great job of cleaning up before they left. I would highly recommend utilizing them for your insulation needs. I will use them again if I ever need more work done. Thanks
