The ARC team members are very professional and did a great job. After filling in all the cracks and air gaps in our attic, they added befalls and raised the insulation from 5" to 19" to significantly improve our home comfort and R-Value. All the work was completed in one day and everything in the home was left clean and orderly. When called with any questions, they responded quickly and got me the correct information.

It’s been such a pleasant experience using ARC Insulation. David came to my home to see what was needed. I’ve lived in my home for 40 years and it’s always been uncomfortable. I had open vents in the crawlspace causing all of my floors to be ice cold in the Winter. I only had about 2” of cellulose insulation in the attic. Now it’s finally up to the current code of 15” and I can already feel the difference! Antonio and Mauricio did a professional job with the work and were very nice and shared photos with me. I would recommend ARC to anyone looking for a fair price. They aren’t pushy in the sales process and only offered services that would benefit me and my home.

Much needed insulation improvement to our upper attic and garage ceiling / bedroom floor interface. Their Energy Specialist, David Puralewski made an in-depth inspection and recommendation. A couple of weeks after accepting the quotation the project crew Antonio and Mauricio did a very professional job over a two-day period. Very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with ARC Insulation. From the initial inspection, we felt confident they were the right team for the job. David was patient, took the time to understand our concerns, and explained things we hadn’t even considered. Unlike some other contractors who tried to push a one size fits all approach, he really focused on what was best for our home long term. We also appreciated how thorough their process was, including combustion testing before and after the work, which gave us extra peace of mind. Enrique and Leo handled the installation and were great to work with. They were very efficient and left everything clean when they were done. The fact that they help with rebates is a huge bonus too. Overall, it was a really solid experience and we are looking forward to working with ARC again as we continue finishing our basement.

I can't say enough good things about my experience! Jesse came out to inspect my insulation issue and provide a quote, and he was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Most importantly, I felt completely comfortable and never felt pressured. It's rare to meet someone who is both trustworthy and personable.
