The guys did all the heavy lifting, moving furniture to access windows and then replacing everything. The windows seem as advertised very quiet and solid but too new to see a difference in our energy bill.”

“Communication with Reece was overall a failure. I had to call multiple days to get people to fix where my windows failed inspection. Then, one of my windows was bowed down at least an inch or two, but it took two guys coming out to notice. My screens didn't fit to start due to the bowing, but no one noticed until I called them. Finally, I said specifically I would not be home, but they showed up during that time and wanted me to call back to reschedule. In my opinion, when Reece is the one that keeps messing up, Reece should be doing everything possible to reach out to me. I shouldn't be having to hunt people down to fix those mistakes. While I love my windows, the quality of service I received was poor at best. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service, and they did little to make me feel any better about it.”
