“The cleaning is never thorough. if a shoe is in the middle of the floor, they don?t move it to vacuum, they vacuum around it. If books are on an end table, they don?t move them to dust, they dust around it. They use the same cloth on the countertop and the bathroom mirror and it leaves streaks in the mirror. The carelessness goes on and on.”

“The last female in Administration/Management/Office that I spoke with on the day I paid over $225.00 for "special detailed cleaning" (that I had negotiated with Betsy that was not communicated to the workers) she (possible Adele? Kelly?) is the only reason I am still a customer. She LISTENED. I even tipped the workers $20 each (nothing was there fault). However, one of those workers was delightful and one of the had a very bad attitude.”

“Last April the Maids were ver late so I called the office and was told that it would be a long wait. No one called me I had to call them. I was so angry I canceled the service then and there. The woman in the office couldn?t care less and since then no one has asked me why I canceled. Cleaning is ok management is indifferent”

“They meet expectations. They are always on time, on schedule. They provide appointment reminders. Everything is very clear. They typically do a pretty good job cleaning, minus the mentioned above. They usually stay a reasonable amount of time to get the job done.”
