“The service is very good. All the technicians do a very good job. The communication could be better, they tend to text when there is a problem with the tech not coming and it arrives very shortly before the appointment.”

“I don't agree with your policy that cleaning with water gets clean especially in the kitchen. Any grease spatters just gets smeared around.”

“They do a very nice job in cleaning, but they are a little more expensive than other options. If I had a friend who did not make as much they may be able to get an equal cleaning at a lesser cost somewhere else. It is a little more of a premium service.”

“I was told a person would clean my place, then they changed it b/c she didn’t have a car. The person who cleaned my place did a good job, but was a level 1 (out of 7 levels). The person who gave me the quote stated on the phone that the reason the services were so expensive was because the workers were very well trained and received raises at each level. She was very dishonest, therefore I never used the services again”

“Melanie has cleaned my house monthly for nearly a year. She does an excellent job and readily adjusts to any "special need" I may occasionally have. Melanie is a very conscientious worker and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Melanie, and Fresh Tech Maid Services.”

“Fresh Tech Maid Services has done a great job. I am currently not using them due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, but that is the only reason.”

“We have been using their services for a few months now. It's been great! Theresa and Joanna do an amazing job. I would give 5 stars but the last cleaning was just pretty good. Albeit there was a date change that I didn't notice so I didn't pick up and the house had more stuff laying around so that a more thorough cleaning couldn't be done.”

If we had one negative portion of it, we were unable to get the same person each time, which was a negative for us. We had to get a new tech each time.”
