"They do a very good job on a routine cleaning (wood floors never shine brighter), however, do not expect a true deep clean experience when booking a Spring cleaning. The value for the extra cost of that service is lacking given the details that were overlooked. Would recommend booking standard cleaning services, and avoiding anything described as deeper or more thorough than the standard."

Sometimes you have different people and they’re willing to leave with the job not done fully. Where as a person with their own business will go on above and beyond for the same amount of money maybe even less."

"I hired Maid Day for a thorough one time house cleaning. The telephone contact was very good and the cleaning crew with a team leader and / or supervisor arrived at the time and date agreed upon. The team leader or supervisor was pleasant and explained the process. She informed us that one of the crew was experienced and one was a trainee before she left. When it was all said and done and the crew had left it was apparent they missed several key areas like under a bed, next to a dresser etc. Overall they did a decent job but I was hoping for better."

"To start, the previous cleaning appointment had to suddenly be cancelled because we had a family health emergency and ended up in the ER. I notified Its A Maids Day and their response was to contact them to reschedule. No concern about the incident, our health, or if it was even covid related, which it was not. This shows a lack of compassion and an emphasis on pure business. Such a disappointment. Secondly, I made a change to the cleaning areas - I added an upstairs bathroom. My bill was increased. We have moved out of the master bedroom, but I dont recall asking them to remove the area. The last visit, the master bedroom was not cleaned. Thirdly, one of the girls was wearing her mask below her nose. I asked her to please have the mask cover her face. She said that it fell down, and pulled it back over her nose. Several other times I noticed the mask below her nose. Why bother wearing it?! My husband has health issues, I am over 65. I considered this a health threat in my home. Apparently the cleaner didnt deem it necessary to wear her mask and thus putting us in harms way. Its A Maids Day said their policy insures that their employees wear their masks at all times. I contacted Its A Maids Day with the above information. I did not receive a reply or any response from them. We will no longer be using this service."
