“I think there's some damage to my bathroom floor. They cleaned the bathroom, the floors, and they vacuumed the whole house. Except for the damage to the floor, I would grade the overall experience with a B+.”

I stopped within the last week; I couldn't take it anymore. I would grade the overall experience with a C. There is an employee there, she's really rude, and she's the one you speak about scheduling, and she's hard with scheduling. And unfortunately, the cleaners are in and out within 45 minutes, and they just miss stuff. I brought it up to her that they randomly missed the coffee table—little things like that—and she could not care less. The cleaners weren't good. I don't think they are a high rated company.”
