Lelia and Samantha were the ladies who helped us on our first day with It’ Maid Day. They were very personable and friendly when they introduced themselves. We did a walk thru of the house and then they got busy. Our house was sparkling clean when they left and we had no complaints whatsoever ever! Looking forward to their next visit!

The philosophy under which this company operates is very disappointing. Let me explain... I had a deep cleaning service done for my sister who lacks mobility to do this kind of work. Two people came and did the work. They did a fine job. However, one of them accidentally broke a slat on one of the blinds and advised my sister right away. I called Michelle and let her know and asked if they would please have someone repair it. She explained that the contract says that they are not responsible for something like that (of which I'm aware) , but that she would ask the owner (which I appreciated). She got back with me and said they will not repair the blind because, as stated previously, they are not responsible for that. Also I noticed a change from her initial kind decorum from when she was trying to get me to sign the contract and now I was made to feel like I was suddenly bothering her when I asked for clarification. I've had decades of success in sales and customer service. If I had a situation like this with a brand new customer who had the potential to become a long term client, I know that this blind repair might cost me less than $50 bucks to have it fixed. Even though the contract says I'm not responsible, I would have apologized for the issue and let my first time customer know that we would fix it, despite the contract. I've done things like that for all of my career, and as a result, have had a long and very successful sales career with long term clients who love working with me. They're happy, I'm happy and we all win! I want to let It's Maid Day know that you've lost a long term client because you didn't want to spend less than $50 from your initial profit margin in exchange for years and years of profit from this customer. We'll now find someone else who wants to enjoy the profit margins from our business for years to come. Thank goodness I don't conduct business with this type of attitude and such a short-sided view of the future the way this company does.

We've been using It's Maid Day since we first moved into our home in February, and we've been so satisfied every time! Sometimes we'll have a team of 3 people, and sometimes we'll just have an individual. Our last cleaning was with Lyndsey by herself, and it was the best cleaning we've had. She was exceptional and she really went above and beyond. Our house was spotless, it smelled lovely, and she added some thoughtful, creative touches that made us smile (like putting our stuffed animals in the chairs of our game table LOL). Thank you Lyndsey, and the whole It's Maid Day team!

As always, Lyndsey did a fantastic job cleaning our home. She always arrives on time and is personable and engaging. She leaves our home spotless and always remembers to reset the alarm and lock all the doors. I would highly recommend Lyndsey and It's Maid Day.
