Best Pick Reports offers an answering service feature for directory customers who need call center support to answer phones and receive leads.

How It Works

When homeowners call a company's Best Pick tracking number, the call routes to the call center. An agent answers, records caller information and project details in a form, then submits it directly to the business owner. This allows the business to return calls with all necessary information for a productive conversation.

Pricing

The service uses a tiered pricing model based on monthly usage. Answering Service Fees are usage based and invoiced in arrears on a monthly basis by the 15th day of the calendar month following the month in which services were received. Fees are calculated based on total minutes used monthly at the applicable tier rate.
