“They detected a Freon leak in my unit. They recharged the unit, and they did it because it was really hot out, and they wanted to make sure that we would have air. They didn't tell me until afterward that it could last from two days to two years, and the Freon was $300, so I guess had he made that comment to me before he put $300 worth of Freon into my unit, I would've said that's not what I wanted to do. But they did say that if we replaced the air conditioning system with them, they would give us a credit for that, but that makes me feel like I'm locked into a vendor, so that's why I would say it was neutral. I would grade them B. I have no complaints with that.”
