“Technicians come on time, wear masks for safety, complete work, clean area and communicate work completed and suggestions if future work is to be done. My last technician serviced my neighbor’s air conditioner after he serviced mine. When my neighbor saw the truck parked at my home she came to check on me and to report that her air conditioner quit working.As soon as he finished servicing my air conditioner my technician called the office to ask whether he could move my neighbor’s scheduled service appointment forward and with office approval began to work to restore cool air for her.”
