I am extremely pleased with the service provided by McHenry heating and air. James, the sales rep, was very thorough in his explanation of the choices I had as well as the differences between the types of furnace and air conditioning units. He was friendly, cordial, and patient with my questions. Jay and Cole are very fine young men who worked very hard all day to install my new HVAC system. As they worked through the day, as they passed me by they would ask if I had any questions or concerns. They were very thorough and when they left, you would never know they had been here. By that I mean that nothing was left lying around. There is no doubt that I would highly recommend McHenry heating to others. They came to me highly recommended by several friends who have had past experience with this company.

Excellent experience from start to finish. James was very informative during the quote process and provided multiple options. Cole and Jay showed up on time and got right to work. They were courteous and did excellent work. Everything was tested and cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend using McHenry Heating and Air.

Outstanding service from start to finish! I recently had a new HVAC system installed by McHenry Heating and Air, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. James handled my initial consultation and pricing. He was incredibly detail-oriented, had the "heart of a teacher," and was exceptionally friendly. Instead of pushing a sale, he helped me through the decision-making process using clear, straightforward facts. The installation technicians, Jake and Bailey, were fantastic. They were very friendly and did a beautiful, neat, and highly professional job with the installation. They took the time to explain all the details of the new system and answered every single one of my questions perfectly. Overall, McHenry Heating and Air is a top-tier company with wonderful people. I truly wish other service companies operated this way. Highly recommended!

The sales process was simple, complete and more than fair! The Sales Associate, James was awesome! The installation by Jake and Bailey was one of the greatest service experiences we have ever had! They were clean, communicative, smart and hard working! One day complete install with everything working correctly! Beyond AWESOME!
