Phillips just finished painting a few rooms as well as all of our doors , trim and molding. They arrived on time, tried to keep the area as neat as they could considering the amount of area being painted and went above and beyond when caulking and sanding. They made sure we were 100% happy with the job before finishing. Daniel, my main contact for the job was easy to reach, came regularly to check on the progress being made and if anything needed touch ups or more attention, he made sure it got done. Overall, they did a great job and we would definitely use them again!!

We needed to get some wood rot repaired on our garage and two large window boxes along with some door trims and outside doors painted. Phillips provided phenomenal service at a great price! Matt, Jose, Rodrigo, and the crew were diligent and took their time to do the project right. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Philips Home Improvement services. Decided to have the exterior of our house painted. We did extensive research on what company we should use. We decided on Phillips Home Improvement, and it was the best decision we ever made. From our first meeting with Matt Marshall, the project consultant, he explained the step-by-step process that the team would go through in prepping and painting our house. Next, we had a one on one with Rey Garcia, the project manager, who once again walked us through the project to make sure that there were absolutely no questions. The next step was repair and replacement of the rotten wood and the prepping of the house. They did an excellent job then the actual painting project began, you could certainly see the professionalism in their work as they started. The house is extremely beautiful, could find no faults in the entire project. I would personally like to thank the entire team as my wife and I are extremely happy with a job.

Hired Phillips Home Improvements to remove and replace my existing roof and gutters installed by the builder. I wanted to upgrade to a Class 4 Roofing System and they recommended upgrading the gutters from a 5inch to a 6inch System to increase water handling and down spout capacity to handle the heavy downpours that we experience in North Texas. I have a large roof with complex slopes and valleys with 2 stories drops on front and one side. They were meticulous in protecting my neighbors, shrubs, pool, travertine deck, pool equipment, generator and HVAC equipment in a way that allowed me to keep all units running throughout the process with no debris in outside units. They did a first class job on the entire roof and were meticulous in their workmanship. They brought out a large team and had the roof replaced in one day and had all old shingles and debris removed from my house in one day, it was unbelievable how efficiently they kept everything organized. They came back the next day to reinstall my cages over my mushroom attic vents and bathroom fan vents for wildlife abatement. They also reinstalled and painted all sewer vents caps also part of my wildlife abatement system. The roof has never looked better!! The third day, the gutter crew came out and installed the new 6inch gutters and new higher capacity downspouts on both floors of my house. The new gutters have performed far superior to the previous 5inch system with proper sloping around the entire house. All furnaces and hot water heaters exhaust pipes were inspected inside the attic to ensure proper operation. Gianni and the Phillips Home Improvements Team made this whole process easy on me, and even took care of the warranty registration with Owens Corning on the Roofing System and sent me my Class 4 Certification to get discounts on my Homeowner Policy. This is a first class company!!!

"for a $10,000 paint job I expected a more professional finished paint job. Every day I see poorer paint work for example I see missed spots where the older paint still shows, areas missed on the trim and paint stokes going in different direction. I am not going to point out what your project manager should have seen. They did come and corrected some of the work I point out. but as stated it is must worst then I thought."

"There are several things that happen that the management should hear. I got my gutters cleaned and a section of the gutter replaced, and everybody was thorough, and the process was very nice. The first issue was they got the wrong size gutters and had to come back again to actually replace the gutters. The second issue was that they came back and replaced the gutters, but they didn't put the screen back on. I called in and was told that I didn't ask for screens. When I told them, that it made no sense and that I am not a gutter person, but I just wanted them fixed and put back in their original position. In talking to the supervisor, he agreed to go ahead and come back and replace the screens. So it took three trips in about a month to get my gutter work done."

"Phillips excels at roofing, painting and gutter installations. Your fence staining was also top notch. I'd give an A rating on all of those. Communication to coordinate all the phases of construction fell a bit short. I'd rate a B- there. Where Phillips fell short was yard cleanup. I picked up over 100 nails, staples and screws after your crew did 3 magnetic roller passes. One of the nails went all the way thru my shoe! I spent hours combing my yard and each time I would find at least a dozen new nails that your magnetic roller missed."

"This is the third time they put a roof on. The first two times were seamless. This time, there were a lot of issues. I had a 25-year-old manager. He wasn't there that much. There were a lot of things that shouldn't have happened. I gave them an eight because of that. His wife also had a baby during it, so it was a little bit on the distracting side for him. I am not blaming him. He did what he could do, but I think they had him stretched way too thin because he was off doing other things when, as I really preferred, he'd be here."

"I love a lot about Phillips starting with the salesman who came to make an estimate for the project. He made a very comprehensive list of what would be included on our project and an estimate based on that list. There was no wondering about whether or not something would be included in the work, it was all in black and white. The salesman was cordial but not pushy. He gave us a clear assessment of the work that should be done to fix our problem. He explained some in very fine detail as my husband asked for more clarity on a couple items. After signing an agreement to have the work done, we heard from a scheduler who set us up with an appointment. The crew showed on time up on the scheduled day and time along with a supervisor. The supervisor had the same list as I had of the items that had been estimated and we walked through the list, pointing at each item to be sure we were on the same page. While doing the walk through I discovered an extra problem, not on the list, so he simply gave me the price for the addition and with my permission added it to the list. I expressed a few concerns and he also made note of those so that when he returned to look at the finished work with me, he could call those concerns out and make sure they had been addressed satisfactorily. The crew were very professional. They completed everything on the list without a need for me to call out anything left undone. They went beyond expectations when they looked beyond the areas they had to repair (this was partially a roof project) to see if there was anything else that might cause a problem later. To complete their very professional job, everything was left very clean. We will definitely call on Phillips Home Improvement for the next project."

"They arrived every day on time, and they stayed late if they needed to complete whatever they were working on. We needed to have them back to do touch up, and they gladly came back and did it. They were professional and drove professional vehicles. There was a project manager that came, and they did not ask to be paid before the job started. We paid half up front and the rest when we were completely satisfied. Not only that, they were very fair on their quote. I am in real estate and I will be referring them to anyone who needs painting work done."

"I have already told quite a few people about Phillips Home Improvements. I have neighbors doing work on their home. They asked me who did my gutters, and I told them about Phillips Home Improvements. I told them how kind Manuel and everyone who worked on the job were. When the gentleman who installed the gutters arrived, he was an older gentleman. I called Phillips Home Improvements. I told them that there was only one man there to put up all those gutters. They told me not to worry because I would see that he was qualified. When the inspector came, he asked me what I thought. I said I could not believe it. He was just a marvel; he did everything well."
