Very disappointed overall with our LeafGuard experience. Clearly fooled by the salesperson, John, who came to our home and promised quality, reliable service. Once they earned our business, John was unresponsive when reaching out about scheduling, etc. After the job was done, we spent significant time picking up 50+ nails/screws scattered all around our house and materials from where the gutters were clearly cut in our yard. Still continue to find nails we originally missed. Lastly, we realized the loan terms were not at all what we agreed to or saw in the application, with the total amount now on our account doubling from the project total. This will now be a battle to fight. Seems like a scam. STRONGLY regretting our decision choosing LeafGuard.

Overall I give LeafGuard 4 stars. The product is great. Communication has been difficult with one project manager- took a week. I would give Guillermo Castaneda 6 stars!!! He is very professional, answers calls, texts and emails and goes above and beyond to get the job done! He was exceptional !

Adam was great. He went through everything and answer any questions that I had. He was very willing to work with us. The company seems very reputable and solid and we can’t wait to get our new gutters!

Some Leafguard representatives came through my neighborhood (that clearly says “No Solicitation” at the front) going door-to-door. They didn’t mind the sidewalks - just strolled through everyone’s yard. Then, the guy read my sign on the door, proceeded to knock AND ring my bell - then smirked while my dog was barking. Why would I ever do business with a company who sends reps into the field without any respect for my property who ignore basic instructions?

Phil was very professional and did a great job explaining the current condition of our gutters. He has helped us understand how the gutters work and we look forward to receiving this improvement to our home.
