I had very high priced gutters installed on May 19, 2026 which looked very nice. But unfortunately after the first rain several days later I had to be up on a ladder to check out something on our new roof and measured 1/2” of standing water in the far left side of my new gutters. I called their service center and they came out and added a bracket and cut the gutter back. I called them a second time after the next rain as there was no change. They came out a second time and even after seeing my sagging gutter pic did absolutely nothing. I thought they were coming out to re-pitch the gutter and re-fasten it again. They had me talk to their installation manager who tried to tell me that a little water is normal. This was after they saw my sagging gutter and tape measure pics. I thought they did good Quality work after seeing some reviews. But they refused to fix my newly installed sagging gutters. A 1/2” of standing water takes more than two days with the Sun on it to start to evaporate. And what about the winter time when the Sun doesn’t even hit the gutter. Will it become a breeding nest for mosquitoes and other insects. And something else to be aware of is the shady salesman practices by first quoting extremely high prices and then cutting it way down. I still think the price was too high but due to foundation issues I needed to have gutters reinstalled after our new roof soon. And the quality of their materials seemed good.

I will be 77 in October. We had the filters installed about 3 years ago so I would not have to clean out a second story gutter at my age. We now have a plant growing in the gutter. I understood their lifetime warranty covered any growths being removed at no cost and the system checked for any other problems. Leaf filter will not come out unless I pay their $125 charge. The reason we had it installed wad to avoid this exact situation. This is not what I signed up for. I want a refund. I called the local office 3 days ago. I have not yet been contacted by anyone as of this writing.

The best gutter protection system period! Anthony was incredible, he answered all my questions and got me the gutters for an incredible price. I love the warranty and that it’s transferable.
