“The new downspouts are extremely noisy. They seem to be made of a lighter weight metal than they were approximately 11 years ago when we had them installed on a previous home and that is why we had no hesitation in getting them again.”
“Installation was good, however there was a pronounced drip in one area. Called a couple of times but I don,t know if it has been checked as we were out of town when they were supposed to come by. I have not heard from you if it has been checked.”

“Product quality great, install team great, production manager was very unprofessional. We live in Seattle and leaf guard said we had to pay $1200 to have power turned off from the main line for install, jump forward after many emails, etc with city light and leaf guard the $1200 was waived by city light bc we had our whole house wired and they needed to come out and finalize it. City light said they could coordinate with leaf guard to come on same day so we didn’t have to pay the $1200. The production manager on the phone said that the $1200 should have not been waived and should of been given to the installers bc it was “hazardous” ... city light said that leaf guard is the only gutter company that requires power shutoff in Seattle. Either way we never needed to pay the $1200 bc we had required our house and coordinate a same day indirection/install.”

“1. Was signed up, without my approval, by LeafGuard to finance the balance of the job through their finance partner. LeafGuard and their finance partner insisted I signed up for the loan but would not produce the documents they claimed I signed. After about 2-3 weeks of back and forth they finally cleared up the matter and we paid the balance on our terms. 2. Installation quality is not up to my standards given the high price you pay for these gutters. Several forming defects run along the face of the gutters which is noticeable. I don't see any of these form defects in any photos LeafGuard use in advertising or any other promotional materials. Informed LeafGuard of the issues and they still have not sent anyone out to inspect or correct the defects. These are the most expensive gutters you can buy and for that I demand a product without defects.”

“On the front of our house, we have a valley when it rains. We discussed this before we spent $20,000. We were told the product would not overflow and of course it does. The fix would be to put a very ugly gutter on the front of my very nice house, but I'm not wiling to do that. I will live with it overflowing with heavy rain, and I'm not happy about it at all.”
