A terrific group of people to work with. Eric in sales, Christian the supervisor, Melissa the job coordinator and of course the crew. The price was very reasonable and the quality great. The abilities of the crew to work with very little mess and work as great carpenters to repair a 22-year-old roof. The final job was exactly what was expected. I would highly recommend them. Westfall is a wonderful company - The reason I say this is because from the moment their sales person came to my home - to the moment they left , all of it was an absolutely pleasant experience. They were kind. Considerate. Listened to my concerns and delivered.! They were reasonably priced and done fairly quickly.

Do not use this company in Sarasota area. They are not from here. They sub out but they say they do not and if you are lucky one may speak English. The $30,000 roof on. My house looks horrible. You can see the stair stepping going straight up the roof looks like crap and they will not fix. On top of everything else I had 20 feet of cap and 6 shingles come off in last storm come off. The are price gouging to fix my roof. I told them to forget it that my wife and I will do. I even have the shingles for repair. The owner was and is a SMART ELECK. I have another word to use but I don’t want to swear. Bottom line If I knew what I know now I would have never used Westfall roofing. I think federal hour and wage should audit this company as well as Workers Comp. I was under the impression Westfall roofing was from our area Sarasota Bradenton but they are not. Word to the wise do not fall for the additional charge from Owens Corning that they sell to you for another $1500.00. I think this company needs to stay in Tampa. I will try to post photo of the roof showing how they ran shingles up instead of across the roof. Makes me sick every time I pull in my driveway and see the roof that cost me $30,000.00.

Westfall did an excellent job in replacing our roof. HOWEVER, as you can see from the photos below, Westfall damaged several of our soffit panels when reinstalling after the roof was complete. We contacted the sales person, the crew manager, Mr. Westfall, and customer support regarding the damage. We received an email saying that someone would contact us to come out and evaluate the damage. They have not come out to review the damage after several additional contacts from us. We would have given Westfall a 5-star rating except for this unresolved damage.

Entire process was easy and professional. I solicited 5 bids and Westfall was competitively priced with superior products and the best customer service. Will use on future projects.
