It was truly an amazing experience. Mark Dawson was exceptionally informative, pleasant, and professional. The crew was outstanding, very humble, and kind. It was so hot and yet, they had the biggest smile. The products used and service were of great quality. I highly recommend them...

I wish I could leave 10 stars. Mark Dawson and his team has done an amazing job with my new gutters, soffits and fascia. Mark came and gave his presentation so that I understood what I was getting with Leaf filter gutters. His team was out the next day and got right to work. It only took 3 days from start to finish. They showed up at the time they gave, all 3 days. They were informative on what they were doing and how the gutter system would work for my home. I love how they had options for colors and not the just the standard white. I went with black gutters to go with the color scheme of my home. They look amazing!!

Brandon Martinez, Sales Manager, gave us a very good presentation about how the system works, good demonstration, and quoted us a very good price. The filter was installed the following day. The installer, Andrew, did a great job. He was very sufficient and clean up well at end. Very pleased with their works. Now, we just need to wait for the rain to kick in.

Easy installation, had to have some custom cutting of the leaf filters for a unique gutter but no issues. Looking forward to not cleaning out gutters next year. Mark Dawson was very helpful during the process.

Let the Buyer Beware - “Caveat Emptor” I made a huge mistake asking LeafFilter to install new gutters and guards on my home – I could not recommend them to anyone. 1. False impression provided by the initial salesperson: He implied that the work would be done in a day; it was still not complete after the second day. (The install crew has not returned; it has been more than two weeks and it is still not complete.) 2. Hidden charges: The salesman indicated that the install crew might decide that the roof is too dangerous and decide to go up through the screens by the pool enclosure. He stated that they would repair the screens and return them to the original state but that there would be an additional charge that I would pay straight to the installers. - Opening a screen was charged at $75; I had five they needed to open – an extra $375 above the initial price. (Not an issue by itself.) I had to write two checks, each for $187.50, and each made out to the individual crew member. 3. Unprofessional installation. As it turns out, while selected and dispatched by LeafFilter, the install crews are individual sub-contractors and not LeafFilter employees; LeafFilter does not guarantee any of their work outside of the actual gutters and guards. - One employee arrived in the morning as scheduled; the other did not arrive until the afternoon. - I do not know if the install crew was professionally certified or insured; I was not shown any documents proving such. - There was no rain on the first day; however, it rained in the afternoon on the second day. The salesman had initially noted that the LeafFilter caulking needed to dry for 12 hours before it got wet. The install crew said that was not necessary. - The crew member working the screens accidentally poked a hole in one of my screens (pic 1); after I mentioned it, he acknowledged that he had done it and said he would repair it. However, he stated, it was late and he needed to get home. - After he left, I also noticed that he had failed to properly reconnect one screen (pic 2); he had not mentioned that. - He stated that his memory was not the best and asked that I send him texts from time to time to remind him to return. He stated that, while he was busy, he would make time at the end of his day the next time he was in the Tampa area. I have not seen him since. - Recommend you ensure that Keith Hart is NOT part of your installation crew. 4. Customer Support unfamiliar with company. I contacted the salesman about the two holes; he recommended I contact Customer Support and they would arrange for the repair. I did so and they arranged for a repairman to be there in a couple of days. I was pleased until the repairman arrived and let me know that he did not repair screens (nor did any other LeafFilter personnel); that was the responsibility of the specific install crew. He mentioned that this was a recurring issue the Customer Support techs. 5. LeafFilter does not accept responsibility for the complete installation of their product. The LeafFilter salesman did a complete walk-around inspection of my house and noted all the potential issues; he did not make me aware that any problems with the installation (outside of the actual gutters/filters) would be mine to deal with. Bottom line: LeafFilter will not take any steps to ensure that the personnel they hire and dispatch successfully complete all their work. 6. While the product has been working successfully in the short term, I am now more concerned about its effectiveness in the future. Recommend you Google “LeafFilter lawsuits.”
