LeafFilter Gutter Protection

I had a covered catio built recently and wanted a gutter installed before the next rain moved in the following week. I received an in-person inspection and quote on Friday and scheduled the installation the following Monday. The installation team arrive 10 minutes early (!) ready to work. They got set up and worked together efficiently - and I might add, quietly - to get the installation done quickly. My post-installation inspection showed no sign of their activity: no left-over material, no trampled grass or any visible tell-tale sign of their presence. I was impressed, to say the least. I easily hooked up the downspout to a drain system and the entire gutter/drain system was finished before it rained again. Yay! The gutter itself is sturdy and made of thick aluminum, not like the flimsy material from my local big box DIY store. The cost was very reasonable, I'm happy with the quality of the work, and I definitely recommend LeafFilter.

John Langston inspected my problem down sports and prepared a quote including the current offer and my senior discount. I am pleased with his attentiveness to my issues and was able to get an appointment for the repairs to be completed next week. I am relieved to be getting this repair issue resolved. Thank you Catherine Reinhart

The LeafFilter crew came and serviced our neighbor’s gutters on Clackamas in Portland. A team member came and kindly asked my mother if they could use our yard to carry their ladders and equipment in to service the neighbor; of course we said yes. Two team members carrying a 50’ extension ladder through our front entry, managed to hit our front porch pillar with the extension ladder as they were trying to maneuver it. The pillar is white so every mark shows. Yeah, mistakes happen so no biggie right? Unfortunately, the team members didn’t mention it to my mother nor come to apologize at the least. But just to wrap things up, as the team pulled away in their bright green LeafFilter wrapped box truck, they pulled down a 3” limb off the tree in my disabled mother’s boulevard strip, which ended up blocking the sidewalk. Did the team stop? Did the team come and mention the damage at the very least? No, nothing at all. Why would they want to, it’s not like everyone has a ring doorbell that captures everything. A simple acknowledgement of the damage and apology would have sufficed. Instead, I had to drive two hours to my disabled mother’s house and cut up the broken limbs, large enough that they required a sawzall. Thank you LeafFilter for servicing the Portland area and on to the next hack job!

Our experience with Leaf Filter was exemplary from first call to finished project. We had a meeting with Steve Wiltshire, their representative about our gutters that had clogged downspouts. Steve was personal, listened carefully and did a complete evaluation in the rain, along with taking videos. We were put at ease and trusted his assessment and knowledge. With a thorough understanding of what we agreed on a team was sent, Roberto and Maria. They were friendly, careful, skillful and efficient. We highly recommend this company.
