At this point I blame myself for not doing my due diligence and checking everything as far as the company and them using subcontractors before the job started. I usually do a lot of research and ask a ton of questions so that I can make the right decision. So it all started a couple days before the job start date. My work asked if I could come in on my day off to help cover and I said okay. Then I get a reminder text from leaf filter about my gutter job at the house. Immediately I replied to the text saying I would like to change the date. I guess it's an auto thing, not sure. I went to work and my wife was home when 2 people come by to do the job. Again, my fault for letting them continue the job while I was not there. They came in did the job got paid from my wife and left. When I returned home to see the job this is what I found. Pictures included. I'm not a gutter guy but this doesn't look right. All in all I give the "sub-contractors" an F- and myself, I also get a F for not doing the research. 👎Sucks for me, lesson learn. ☹️They did call me after they found out I put a stop payment on the check. They want an opportunity to fix everything. We will see what it looks like and I will update you on it next week. Good luck to me.🤞

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like Larry at LeafFilter Orlando really deserved one. My gutters were extremely clogged and growing plants! So embarrassing for my neighbors to see that. He explained why the gutter screens I had installed failed miserably. I made a costly mistake with Garry’s gutters who put up Home Depot, hardware cloth type screens over my gutters. He came out to take a look at everything and was just very straightforward and easy to deal with. No pressure, no gimmicks — just explained how the system works better than what I had and even waived the fee to remove it. He and answered all my questions without talking over me or rushing through it like the guy from Gary’s gutters did. You can tell he actually knows his stuff. He pointed out a few things I hadn’t even noticed and made sure I understood why they mattered instead of just trying to sell me something. That alone went a long way with me. What stood out the most was how professional and respectful he was the whole time. My pit bull liked him too. He showed up on time and made the whole process feel simple. It wasn’t cheap but If I had to deal with more people like Larry when making home decisions, it would be a lot less stressful. He’s a solid representative for the company.

I had LeafFilter installed two years ago, and I am finally writing this review to say: what a fantastic product and service! I waited a while to review because I wanted to see how they held up, and I can honestly say I’ve had zero issues. A huge shoutout to my sales rep, Clint and the installation team. Clint was knowledgeable, professional, and went the extra mile to work with me. The installation team did a great job—they were fast, efficient, and cleaned up everything afterward. Before LeafFilter, I was constantly constantly cleaning my gutters of pine needles and oak leaves. My gutters were always clogged. Living in Florida, with the heavy rain we get, I now have zero problems. The gutter protection works exactly as promised. I highly recommend LeafFilter. It is worth every penny.

Decent quality filters which in 4 years have miraculously not broken or fallen apart, however the install LEAVES much to be desired, pun intended. While they did install all the gutter guards in place with screws holding them onto the gutters along the outer edge, there were ZERO screws installed on the side to reinforce the filters positions, as such over time debris builds up on them and stays put as it slides inward towards the house and just never comes down, eventually building up to a huge pile of dirt and leaves that never goes away. The way these SHOULD have been installed would have also included horizontal screws along the side facing towards the house so that the filters themselves would taper downwards so that debris would fall OFF of them rather than INWARDS towards the house. I called support and they told me it would be $95 just to send someone out which would merely go TOWARDS any actual repair cost... repair cost? For an incorrectly done install? This should be COVERED, so much for a "lifetime" warranty, read the fine print apparently. I don't intend to pay ANYONE to come out just to CORRECT what THEY did INCORRECTLY to begin with! I'll sooner just sweep off the debris and install the missing sideways reinforcing screws myself, it isn't rocket surgery and they should have hired competent installers to do it right the first time, or at the very LEAST offer to correct their mistake for free! UPDATE: They sent someone out who correctly reinstalled the filters with reinforcement and added missing hangers that were oddly omitted when the product was originally installed, still ended up charging me $50 for this though, which is odd considering this was literally an appointment to finish CORRECTLY installing the filters, a service I paid for years ago and which was not actually fully completed until just today, so I'm a bit perturbed that I had to pay extra for the company to finish the job I originally paid them to do but 4 years late... but it is good that they made good on finally getting them in place correctly, even if their original installer didn't.
