LeafGuard may excel at sales, but their post-installation service is severely lacking. My gutter installation was completed in October 2024, with the exception of one downspout that could not be finished due to a drainage issue on my end. Once that issue was resolved, I spent several months making repeated phone calls and enduring multiple missed appointments before anyone finally followed through and completed the work. After a hail storm in April, I engaged LeafGuard for a roof replacement. Two weeks ago, they failed to show up with no explanation. This pushed my entire project back a week. They were scheduled again today and again a no show.. I have been waiting on callbacks from multiple levels of their management team, all of whom promised to return my call promptly. None have. As a result of this second no-show, my roofing project will not be completed as planned, and my painters — who were scheduled to follow the roofers — will also need to be rescheduled. The cascading impact on my project timeline and the costs involved are a direct result of LeafGuard's repeated failures to honor their commitments. I paid a premium price based on the promise of quality and a lifetime warranty. Based on my experience, that warranty appears to carry little practical value if the company cannot be relied upon to show up. I would caution anyone considering LeafGuard to carefully weigh the significant gap between what is promised at the point of sale and what is actually delivered afterward.

I retained my original review below. We’ve had Leafguard for several months and I’ve been trying to work with the new local manager on resolving our issues. We were looking at several options for eliminating flooding in our downstairs and were assured this system would help. Since then we’ve had four floods downstairs which took a minimum of four hours each time to resolve. The flooding is worse. We have literal waterfalls bypassing the gutter system in at least six areas around the house. It’s been three weeks of trying to get someone out to even look at it, but after showing them the videos was assured that it’s not how the system is supposed to work. Finally we had a service person arrive. One of his comments was that with all the rains we are having gutters can’t catch it all. My response was as a consumer if he watched the videos we showed him, would he buy Leafguard?! His reluctance to answer was enough. If this doesn’t resolve the problems, I feel we should get a refund, have them removed and allowed to find a system that will work!! They removed a five year old gutter because they showed me problems they said their gutters would fix! It’s been a nightmare and consumers should be cautious! They supposedly have a Good Housekeeping seal of approval. Not sure how?!?! We originally wanted Leafguard, but resigned ourselves to what was installed through the roofers and insurance. We’ve had issues and Matthew came out to show us what Leafguard could do. After comparisons we could see the superiority of product to what we had and he helped us feel confident this would exceed our expectations for our house. Very excited to see it installed!

Brennan and Wesley did a great job on installing my entire new gutter system. They were professional and very polite and enjoyable to work with. Any small concern or detail with my roof, such as wood rot caused by old system, they brought to my attention so I can have it addressed. They worked diligently and completed the large project in a day and a half. Very happy with the new gutters and the work!

We had young man named Logan Smith come and talk about Leafguard. Logan is very pleasant outgoing. He did an exceptional job at explaining everything! He was also able to help us with the financing. Such a great guy to work with!! Carol T
