“I have an issue with a continuing leak by my front door. The wait time for service was over 6 weeks and when i was finally called, their service day was the one day of the month that I couldn't be home. The representative said she would call back within 2 days and it's been over a week and I have not heard a thing. Very frustrated. Also, if this is such a good product, why is there such a lengthy wait time for service?”

“The first crew they sent out was inept. I called to complain about the work they did and the repair was delayed multiple times. Original crew did not install the helmet correctly on the new gutter; they left my satellite cable hanging down the length of the house and in front of my back door; rainwater leaked on the back deck and over the back door as bad or worse than it did before the installation. When they left, I wasn't sure if they were going to lunch or were done for the day as they never said anything to any of us in the residence. They left multiple gutter fasteners in our yard and our driveway. I would have hated to hit one of those with my lawn mower and send it flying, or run over one with one of our vehicles. Repair crew finally showed up 3 weeks or more after the installation. To their credit, they apologized multiple times for the workmanship and attitude of the original crew. They fixed the improperly installed helmet and the hanging cable. Since it was a dry day, they tried to reenact the leak with a garden hose on the roof. They could not find the leak and it continues to leak to this day. In their defense, it is in the area of the patio cover over the gutter. For the money I paid, which may not be much to some people but was quite a bit for me, I expected better.”

“Their gutter protection is the best way to keep your gutters clean. We have, tried 3 different types of gutter guards and leaf guards, and this is the best thing yet.”

“I am happy with the gutter helmet, but there is water running over it in a couple of areas. There are ice sickles when snow is melted. When there is heavy rain, it drips. It keeps the gutter clean, but it's not working completely.”
