He was very thorough in making notes and taking pictures so the crew who would be doing the work knew exactly what the issues were. "Not likely, unless it was something really small. I don't trust them to do beyond the bare minimum of what they capture in their notes. They certainly will not attempt to do the best work, or even good work. Just specifically what is stated. They also don't seem to have the right expertise for what they offer. They kept asking me what type of pipe, or pitch, or distance of run I wanted; or what size pump, etc. I would expect some recommendations.... This company, for all its reputation, seems like it can do the work but needs to be overseen by a general contractor."

"Although the reviews may be high, you need to have the service competed. This never happened. U.S Waterproofing came to our home, reviewed and quoted a job. They could not do the job for at least 30 days. We had to place half of the estimate to be on their schedule. Due to length of waiting time, we found another company to complete the job immediately. More than 20 days before the scheduled appointment with U.S. Waterproofing, they would not refund half of the down payment. $300 for no work."
