We moved into our house almost 9 years ago, and in that time the old gutters on the house have been filled over and over with dense mats of pine needles, have been ripped off by sheets of snow sliding off the metal roof, and were dented, mismatched, and leaky. I had tried plastic screens on top of the gutters to keep the pine needles out, but they proved ineffective and after having to remove them to clean the gutters anyways, I just left them off. We happened upon a Leafguard booth at our county fair this summer, and took them up on their offer of a free estimate, skeptical that these would really stop the pine needles from getting into our gutters. Jessica arrived at our house the next week to do the estimate, and she did a wonderful job of answering our questions and showing us what the Leadguard product actually is. It's not meant to keep ALL of the debris out of the gutter, just the MAJORITY of it out. What debris does get in is able to carried by the water to the wide-mouth openings on the over-sized downspouts, where it is then caught in clean-out traps lower down in the downspouts where they are much easier to access and clear the debris. She also demonstrated how the mounting screws are placed above the maximum water-line of the gutters to prevent water from entering into the mounting holes and rotting the fascia board, as well as the metal fascia wrap and flashing pieces that prevent water from accessing the fascia boards to preserve them and help keep the gutters securely mounted to the house over time. Seeing that this was a fully thought out and we'll designed system, rather than just a simple gimmick to "never clean gutters again", we felt it would be a good investment for our home, since we plan to stay here as long as we can. Jessica was very patient and helpful in working out a quote for us that made us feel comfortable enough financially to invest in this gutter system. The only hiccup in the process came with the scheduling and organization around the installation; we were scheduled for a Tuesday install, but installation ended up getting pushed back multiple times to Thursday (the install crew themselves said they weren't scheduled to come to us until Friday, so somewhere in the line was some miscommunication). The installers did great to get our gutters up quickly, only having to come back to finish on Friday morning because some of the materials weren't delivered to them like they were supposed to be. Fortunately, none of that was a major issue for us, as my wife was home the entire week (but it could have caused issues if we had other plans making us unavailable during parts of the week, and it was a little frustrating that we weren't getting communications on when the install would be happening until I called after the expected date had passed, so I hope there will be steps made to improve that process for future customers). Ultimately, the install turned out looking great, and we were even fortunate enough that the Ivory color matched our house's trim color close enough that we don't have to worry about repainting anything right away. Only time will tell just how good of an investment these gutters are, but I have confidence that between the quality materials, well-thought-out design, and lifetime warranties, that the Leafguard gutters will serve us well for years to come.

Can’t say enough about LeafGuard’s product and service. Braden, Kirk and Garrett were very professional and did an excellent job installing the new gutters, and they have worked flawlessly during this rainy season. They look great and I’m really happy with the end result. Additionally, my install required some additional customization, and Braden was an amazing partner in making that happen. I can’t begin to express my appreciation for his above-and-beyond efforts to meet my needs. I appreciated his focus on quality and his taking the time needed to do the job right.

Kirk and Nick did a wonderful job on my gutters. I would definitely recommend them. They showed me around and explained everything very well. They're absolutely beautiful. And it adds to the value of my home.

Zach and Jacob were excellent in installing our new gutters. The color was perfect . They were very informative and explained everything they were doing. Saved us some money. I would recommend them to anyone. They were very kind and good with our dogs!! Such excellent workers!!! Thank you so much!!!

The estimate appointment was thorough, but very long, about three hours. Jessica was very knowledgeable about various types of gutters and explained the Leaf Guard system very well. The installation team did a great job with lots of attention to detail. They cleaned up the area very well too. I paid more than I planned for gutters, but the seamless, one piece design, and extra large downspouts lessen the pain to the pocketbook a little. The gutters are attached more securely than regular gutters because the attachment points are closer together, thus more of them. I was pleased with the first rainfall to see no initial problems, and only found a couple of leaves in the clean out ports. I would have given five stars if the price was more affordable.
