She was sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain how the system works and what to expect during installation. Lynn answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I felt confident about the decision. Her friendly attitude and honesty really stood out, and she never made the process feel rushed or pressured at all. The installation was also amazing and on time, I know I made the right choice. I saw their good reputation on Instagram, like any sales business promoting their products. I signed up to get a quote, and that’s where the problem started. An appointment was scheduled for 9:00, and the guy arrived at 8:50. My expectation was simply to look at the house and receive a quote. We gave him a tour of the house, and he explained why I needed gutters to protect the foundation — which was fine, since I had already been researching the topic for some time. Then he came inside, sat down, and started explaining the product, how durable it is, and asking me many questions. He gave me inflated prices just to later offer discounts. I hated this kind of unnecessary aggressive marketing. After an hour, he was still sitting in my chair. I had to tell him, “Let’s wrap this up, I have things to do,” since it was my day off and I had many errands to run.
