John the salesman flat out lied about costs and financing and didn't let me read the info before pressing me to sign tablet which he kept in his hands the entire time. Original install didn't include enough downspouts for linear footage and it took a long time for them to add another, which didn't have the trap door for cleaning debris. Water still gushes over interior corners of roof and pools by house foundation. Debris constantly collects at these corners too. Been calling and texting to get them back out, but they don't answer or return messages.

My Leafguard installers Nick, Logan, and Camden did a great job removing my old gutters and installing the new ones from Leafguard. They worked quickly and skillfully and cleaned up all debris. What I appreciated the most was how polite they were and how confidently they answered all of my questions. The gutters look great and are just waiting for rain!

We just purchased a LeafGuard System from Autumn at LeafGuard, recommended by COSTCO. It looks like the best system & is guaranteed for life! This will be such an upgrade! Autumn did a great job of surveying the project and explaining what was needed to fix our rain drainage problem. She customized our oder to fit our needs. Thank you, Autumn!

Overall I give LeafGuard 4 stars. The product is great. Communication has been difficult with one project manager- took a week. I would give Guillermo Castaneda 6 stars!!! He is very professional, answers calls, texts and emails and goes above and beyond to get the job done! He was exceptional !
