Gutter Helmet did an amazing job with the install on our gutters. We live by a park and get a ton of leaves, so these are extremely helpful. Every other company we had a quote from just had the mesh type coverings. When questioned about how to keep moss and things off of them, and if they would still need us to get on the roof to clean they had no answer. With Gutter Helmet we have already seen a difference with the heavy rains we have had recently. No dumping water because of gutters full of leaves. The install team was professional and pretty quick. Also had everything cleaned up before they left. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting gutter guards installed.

Bought Gutter Helmet gutters with helmet heat several years ago. They indicated clog free no maintenance. Have to get the gutter cleaned at once or twice a year. Originally the cleaning was easy to schedule and free. Started charging charging $50 dollars for cleaning now even more money. Now, I have to schedule an inspection and then a cleaning. Suppose to be out today 5/18/26 scheduled for 8an no show. Called gutter helmet the lady was very rude and kept on talking over my discussions with her. She said he will be here some time today and he is supposed to text me. I cannot wait all day for just an inspection. Originally was suppose to be a cleaning??? I'm sorry fell for thier lies on maintence free gutter helmet gutter. Thier service is getting worse. DON'T GET HELMET GUTTERS!!!! THEY LIE AND IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO GET SERICE!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Ronald Rychel

Great price and service! They even fixed a piece of trim that was missing when they replaced my gutters as a surprise. I would 100% recommend using Gutter Helmet for any gutter replacement you need. Thanks Gutter Helmet!

We previously had Gutter Helmet on our house' gutters since 2012 and had satisfactory results. A hail storm seriously damaged the roof, gutters and siding of the house in April 2025. During repair we had 6 inch gutters put on rather than the previous 5 inch. The Gutter Helmet installation appears much nicer on these. I expect that it will function much better as well. We shall see. The re-installation was just completed yesterday.

Too bad zero stars is not an option. I have left 2 messages for the company directly and even called Gutter Helmet corporate on 2 occasions. Each time I spoke with corporate, they assured me I would get a call back. The 2nd time I called them, they apologized and said they would escalate this issue and I should expect a call back within a few hours. Crickets. They must have very sleazy salesmen who can lie there way out of the poor customer service and crappy quality of gutter protection. I have had birds nests in mine since spring (when I first tried getting someone to respond) and I have since decided to tear this crap off my home and install some good quality covers. Avoid Gutter Helmet like the plague that they are. Updated: After Gutter Helmet reached out... too late dummies. I already contracted someone to yank this crap off my roof and replace the gutters and covers with a solution that works. You had your chance when I reached out to you via telephone... 4 times! You promised a call back with high priority and I was blown off. Buyers beware!!!
