"Worst customer service ever. I would never recommend them or use them ever again. They caused damage to my fascia board, denied that they did it. And their work caused a Major water leak into my bedroom, or which they denied also. My roof never leaked in all the years I had my old gutters on and didn't leak until the new gutters were installed. I was dismissed by the customer service or manager or whoever he was, and there was no discussion of them fixing the problem. For the ridiculous price of those gutters, they should have treated their customer much better and fixed their mistake. The gutter lacked butting up against my house by about 3 inches on the room where the massive water came into my bedroom. It channeled the water right down my wall."

"The cost was exorbitant. We are pretty sure we got taken advantage of for how much we paid for the system. Our second complaint is we have a downspout that is right by our bedroom/headboard outside. When the water goes into the downspout it hits that metal plate that blocks the leaves from going down and out of the downspout and you listen to that all night long. You listen to the rain hitting that plate. We've tried to shove stuff in there so it's not hitting the metal. They need to come up with a better way of managing that. If the leaves are already in there then why not just let them come out of the bottom. I know that is part of their sales pitch that there is an easy way to clean it out. You just open this up and all of the debris is right here but they don't talk about that metal plate being in there and when there is nothing in there the water hits that constantly. It's the same level as your head and it hits it all night long."

"I would give 5 stars on the product itself as it has worked well so far, but we have only had it for 6 months. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the guys who installed the system left screws and metal plate items all around the house and the driveway. We are still finding screws in our driveway 6 months later. We have had 3 flat tires and had to replace one tire."
