After having leafilter installed one year ago, this is my first review. This is a total sham! beware of this company because they tell lies! When they came out and sat at my kitchen table, I was told that I would never have to worry about leaves or debris, clogging my gutters ever again. Chris Canosa explain to me that I would have a lifetime guarantee from such worries. Today I called the company to ask if someone could come out and service the gutters, because I could see from my upstairs bedroom that there is dirt and debris clogging the corners of the gutters in my front of my house. I was quoted a price of $95.00!! The whole point of getting leaf filter is to avoid these fees. This is such a rip off. I might as well have not bought this system. I should have left things as they were and just paid someone to clean my gutters from time to time. What a scam! I paid $5581. for this system! They are telling me that they cannot come out unless I pay them $95. I was told the dirt and debris that's sitting on top of the gutters should wash off on its own. People!!! save your money or find another company and have it in writing that there will be no hidden fees. Do not go with this company. This is your warning! I am looking at their guarantee on their booklet that clearly states (End clogged gutters for life guaranteed!) Don't believe the hype!

Carlos Ramirez was our sales rep. He was very thorough and explained in great detail the materials all that'd bedone, how the system works all they'd do and all aspects of installation. He made sure we were well informed on everything and worked hard to make sure we knew all the types of how we could cover the cost if we purchased as well of all discounts available.

Buyer Beware: High-Pressure Sales and Shifting Prices I recently sat through a two-hour sales pitch from this company, and I can confidently say it was one of the most manipulative presentations I’ve encountered. They arrived with a 1990s-style flip chart (yes, really), and from the moment they walked in, it was clear their approach was more pressure than professionalism. The pricing was a rollercoaster. They started at $11,982, calling it the “sticker price.” Then came the parade of discounts: • Down to $9,585.60 • Then $6,452 • Then, “Oh, you’re paying cash and you’re a former teacher?”—suddenly it’s $3,900 But only if you “sign today.” One shot. No email follow-up written quote. No time to think. I told them upfront I wouldn’t make a decision until I had three bids. I meant it. But when I didn’t bite, the price started climbing again. That’s not negotiation—it’s nonsense. See deal sheet photo I attached. The sad news is it’s a good product with a 30 year old sales approach.

In my personal experience, LeafFilter Gutter Protection has been nothing but a disappointment from start to finish. If you’re considering them, save yourself the headache. From my point of view, the company seems more focused on pushing sales than actually delivering on what they promise. Every step felt like empty guarantees stacked on top of more empty guarantees. The polished sales talk was great until it came time for them to actually follow through. Then suddenly it felt like every answer changed, every promise shifted, and nothing matched what was originally said. And let’s talk about how they treat their employees because based on everything I’ve seen and heard directly from the people who showed up to work on my home, it sure seemed like the company’s priority was profit, not people. The workers themselves looked exhausted and frustrated, and it was painfully obvious the company didn’t have their backs. When a company doesn’t value the very people who represent them, it shows in the quality of the job, the communication, and the overall customer experience. At the end of the day, my entire interaction with LeafFilter felt like dealing with a company that talks a big game but can’t support it with action. If you want honesty, consistency, and real customer care, I’d personally look anywhere else.
