Out with the old, in with the Blue! Got a new Blue roof through Roof Right. I interviewed about 7 companies before deciding to go with Roof Right and couldn't be happier. Alex is fantastic to work with. He is very knowledgable, professional, prompt and a man of his word. Always showed up or responded when he said he would, and didn't try to pressure me into the sale. Honest and upfront, with no hidden expenses or agendas. The quality of workmanship is great too. This was the only company that said the Project Manager would come back a week later to inspect the work and make sure everything was done correctly. They also did a nice job on the clean up afterwards.

Roof Right replaced the 65-yr old cedar shingle on our house with top quality insulated vinyl siding with an insulating thermal under barrier. What a difference! The workmanship is superb, cleanup was thorough, and the result is fantastic. Looks great, and the added insulation saved 15-20% on our heating bills this winter, even though it was colder than last year.

I’m LIVID- I had my roof completely replaced less than 2 years ago. It’s buckling in 3 different spots and they told me it will continue because there’s not enough ventilation. I spent $17,000 for my 1700sqft house and I was assured that there would be plenty of ventilation before installation and there’s not. They used the wrong type of baffling and they told me they sent me an estimate on how much it would be to redo it. They want me to pay for a mistake they made. Absolutely not. Also, a few minor things that happened during installation. The roofer parked in my driveway and their truck was leaking oil. Not a huge amount but enough that I had to power wash my driveway. They also broke the branches off one of my bushes (not a big deal but annoying). I asked how they were going to resolve the issue and I haven’t heard from them.

This was my 2nd time using Roof Right to install new windows. I'm sad to say I was disappointed at the customer service. The day of installation the crew determined that the wrong measurements were taken and the wrong size windows were delivered. They quickly corrected the issue and delivered the windows within 2 weeks. However, when I inquired about a possible discount for my inconvenience, no one responded to my request. I spoke to the project manager who said he would get back to me, he never did. I contacted the office and spoke to someone who said she would forward my concern to a manager. After not hearing anything, I called back to follow up, and she said she would forward it again. No one ever followed up with me. I truly didn't expect a discount but I would have at least appreciated someone acknowledging the mistake that was made and the inconvenience it caused. I'm rating Roof Right's customer service unsatisfactory.

Early today I had the pleasure of meeting with Brad Crawford and Chris to discuss my upcoming roof replacement. I can honestly report that this meeting was the most thorough and inclusive information session I have ever sat through. I learned so much regarding the benefits of selecting their company and the actual step by step their company will take in replacing my current roof. I was left with an over abundance of information that I have to absorb and consider. I hope to make my final decision shortly. They definitely appear to be in the running and I am sure that they are a great company to work with.
