We just added 900 sq.ft of finished space to our home by having Quality 1st Basement Systems remodel part of our basement! What a fantastic job! We were a bit apprehensive at first spending all that money on the basement, but what a difference! Chris and his team are true craftsmen and so easy to work with! They communicated every step and every day. They made sure each step met our approval and clarified all options to make sure we were satisfied and got exactly what we wanted. They even finished a week ahead of schedule! This project was certainly worth it and has added a beautiful space and value to our home! The new material is also waterproof and mold resistant, which along with the new built in dehumidifier, will bring great peace of mind. 3 of the workers came out for 2 days and worked tirelessly to waterproof my laundry room. They were Bernie, Elisio and Ismael. They did a great job. They were polite and very knowledgeable about the system they installed. If I had any questions Bernie was able to answer them. I would recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems to any of my friends or family that might have a problem.

Quality 1st Basement Systems did a great job on a basement finishing project for us. The team was professional and courteous throughout the project, working tirelessly to make sure that we had an amazing outcome. Julio, the leader of the onsite build team, and his team were thoughtful, ensuring minimal disruption to our lives. He kept us in the loop throughout the entire project, making sure that the finished product reflected exactly what we wanted. This was a big project, requiring them to coordinate electricians, plumbers, and government officials, and they did it seamlessly. I would certainly recommend Julio and Quality 1st Basement Systems to someone considering a similar project.

Greg Louis, provided an accurate and detailed quote that was easy to understand and reasonably priced. He was Very knowledgeable About various things that affect water intrusion into an About various factors that effect water intrusion into a Basement and personable as well! A true gentleman!He explained the ins and outs of the system we were having installed thoroughly. Team Noe Came to our home and spent a day and a half upgrading our basement. They were as clean as possible, detail oriented And efficient. They kept me informed throughout the process and asked frequently if I had any questions to make sure I understood what was Being done. They really did a phenomenal job! Basement looks Clean and polished. You can’t go wrong with Quality 1st Basement

Quality first basements have done a phenomenal job on my crawlspace and Basement. Work was quick, professional, clean, and it looks phenomenal. I worked with JOE, on the initial assessment as well as a sitdown To go over details about the product and the work. He was also the site manager to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I would trust JOE to come back and recommend other home improvements cause he is a straight shooter and understands the ups and downs of homeownership. Price was on par with the work done and the quality of craftsmanship. I’m a first time home owner and I have a lot of work left to do in this house, and quality first basements have earned my trust for future work.
