We had a great experience from start to finish with our awning purchase and installation. The team was professional, communicated well, and even completed the install ahead of schedule. The quality of the work is excellent—everything feels solid, clean, and well done. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them.

I had the helmet guard installed. My experience was very professional. The installers were extremely experienced. I love the look that the installment added to my home 🏡. Raised the property value and added curb appeal. The price was reasonable. Very satisfied with the work that was done. I especially appreciate the lifetime warranty. No more worries for the yearly expense of gutters.

Lednor Home Solutions is a go-to company for Sunesta Awnings and for Gutter Helmet. We have both. The Sunesta awning replaced one from that other brand that uses a lower quality product when sold thru Costco; it's designed with a better UV-resistant fabric and will withstand high winds. Gutter Helmet is great for homes with solar panels (protecting gutters from snow avalanches) and its patented aluminum design is better than any "filter" solution. Gutter Helmet comes with a warranty for free gutter cleaning ... in nine years we never been need gutters to be cleaned, even with trees close by. Recently we had to have our roof replaced ... Lednor ensured our Gutter Helmet was detached and reinstalled flawlessly.

I needed my existing Gutter Helmets removed immediately as the roofers had a cancellation and scheduled my job very quickly. I called in a bit of a panic. The adjuster came out the next day and arranged for the removal on the next work day. I was able to get the roof installed without any delay. Scheduler Tara was so responsive. She even scheduled the reinstall for a couple days after the roof was finished. This is my second home where I had Gutter Helmets installed- over 30+ years between both houses. I highly recommend this company.

As with many previous reviews I have recently seen, Lednor shows up quickly for the sale and install but good luck getting them to respond to a service request. We had our Gutter Helmet installed in March 2022. Recently we have noticed water rushed over the Gutter Helmet and pouring onto our deck. I called their service department on 7/14 at 1:26 PM and left a message with name, address, install date and issue. I received an automated text response at 1:34 PM stating they received the voicemail but they are busy with "a recent surge in storm-related requests"....sure I can appreciate that can cause a delay of a day or two for a return call. So after 8 days and no response from Lednor I called again at 3:08 PM on 7/22 and referenced my call from over a week prior and again stated my name, address, install date and issue. Today is 7/29 and I have yet to hear from them. Based on this complete lack of post sale customer service I would not be able to recommend Lednor Home Solutions® to family, friends and neighbors. **Update 1** After posting this review I magically received a voicemail on 7/29 at 11:53 AM asking me to call. I called at 1:35 PM and received the same voicemail about the surge in storm related delays. Today is 8/4 and I have yet to hear back from this company. **Update 2** Received a call on 8/6 at 1:35 and scheduled for their service crew to come out to inspect the issue.
