I am very pleased with the Gutter guards installed by Leaf Filter.They offered the best quality for the best pricing in this industry.Their representative Bill Robinson was amazing. He was very attentive and answered many questions we had so this is why they are the best! I would recommend them to any person who wants high quality gutter guards for a very reasonable price.

Just had gutters put on my house. Whole process was quick and easy. Don, our sales rep was outstanding and knew what he was doing. The estimate was fair and we had time to decide. Once we told them we were all set and moving forward, they were out in 3 days and the gutters were up in just a few hours. They look fantastic and couldn't be happier. The warranties and the reputation of the company made this a no brainer for us.

We received service from them last year and other than the communication of arrival, everything was fine. This year, we noticed one side of the gutter had loosen and was falling off. We tried scheduling an appointment and it wasn't until after 3 calls that we finally got someone to come by. Again, they didn't communicate at all. We were initially told that someone would come by that Friday, but no one showed, nor did they even call to mention that they weren't going to make it. It wasn't until the next week that a contractor of theirs randomly showed up without any notice. They didn't have enough materials on hand to fix the issue, so they said that they would come back the next week. It's been 3 weeks as of today and we've yet to hear from anyone. I've made several phone call attempts and have left multiple voicemails within the last month for a call back. A response of any sort would've been suffice.

I am writing for Bill Robinson who did an amazing job in providing us the best quality services with great prices. He is very professional and impressive. The way he explained the process shows his depth of knowledge. The guys who came for installation were very nice and efficient in their work. We had a very pleasant experience with the Leaf Filter team. We are happy that we don't have to worry about cleaning gutters again in the future. We highly appreciate the company and their employees for doing a wonderful job!

After booking the job they came twice with wrong size ladder, then they came a third time and did a rushed installation (done with less than one hour of daylight left, finished job in the dark) for such an expensive job. Left a mess (I had to clean myself) of old gutter debris on the front and back of the house, only checked with me functionality of one downspout, replaced a downspout with unmatched color, and system is now leaking on the front of the house. Customer service sends me back to local office which is unresponsive. Do not waste your money. Location central Massachusetts.
