“The prices quoted was only good for that day. Felt pressured in purchasing that day if I wanted that price. Then product did not fix all my drainage issues, specifically at my front door. ”

“I now have a problem with water streaming off my roof and drenching my front door. This was not a problem with an open gutter and LeafGuard failed to see it and quote it during my original quote and install process. When I talked about it with their mgmt their only comeback was buy $1700 more of their product! LeafGuard talks and advertises that they what 100% customer satisfaction and I am not satisfied. I will not recommend their products to anyone.”

“Waiting for installers to arrive to correct loose downspout and to adjust the pitch of the one entire gutter. Currently the gutter is draining almost all the rain to the front of the house. Due to illness of one employee, the corrections are on "hold" until October 3rd. This is the second week this has been delayed..,,according to employee illness and shortages of workers. This is a metal home, so sheet metal screws that don't hold are basically putting holes in my metal siding, and this is not acceptable. Ask me next week if LeafGuard's work is recommendable....!!”

“Leafguard of Austin did a good job and the project was completed in quality time.”

“LeafGuard has a different approach to their gutters in that their gutters do not collect the leaves rather the leaves wash over the gutter. The water is then collected and drained out. I am not sure their gutters would work for everyone. I would recommend them with caveats that we have had problems, perhaps somewhat unique to our installation.”

“When the guy came out to spray my property, I gave him a check for $49. He informed me that someone would come back within 40 days for another treatment. I called to see what happened and the lady says they don’t see where my check has posted, but my account shows that it was paid on June 3. I’m just not understanding what’s happening. Still no 2nd visit yet.”

“I was grossly overcharged! According to my internet search, Beldon Leafguard installation should run $11-$37 per foot for labor and materials. I was charged over $80 per foot at $5000 for roughly 60 feet. The installer had to return to the shop to get an angle made as he did not understand the drawing from the salesperson. Salesperson agreed that, as I thought I had read somewhere, these gutters are mounted into the ends of he roof joists and this turned out NOT TO BE TRUE; he said the gutters would support hanging weight of 200 pounds which I doubt because they are screwed mainly into the thin end plate. The diverter I paid for to get water into my rain barrel turned out to be nonexistent and the installer placed the downspout from the entire back run into the rain barrel.”

“In general, very good experience. Good workmanship, Came right on time, very professional and courteous. Some minor details need to be re-visited with crew, such as complete clean-up of grass and street gutter.”

“Although we haven’t had a strong storm/downpour, the leaf guard system seems to be working and looks incredible. We are in an older home which can create visual problems, but Noah (installer) created/cut small “sleeves” to cover gaps. Truly makes the gutters look seamless. Also, Jesse (sales rep-hope I remembered his name correctly) explained the process and workout out a plan/price that fit our budget. He was friendly, patient and didn’t complain about sitting in the heat. (Because of Covid, we could not have him inside.)”
