My appt was between 8-9a, the guys Nick & Camden got here right b4 8:30a. Nick introduced himself and told me they would be about 3 hours to complete the job. I was surprised they were finish short of 2 hours. Nick went over all the work that was performed and offered suggestions for area where he saw could possibly be an issue on the ground. The gutters matched perfectly. The whole crew from Jana Willis, all made me feel like they truly cared about me and my property and for that I say thank you.

John the salesman flat out lied about costs and financing and didn't let me read the info before pressing me to sign tablet which he kept in his hands the entire time. Original install didn't include enough downspouts for linear footage and it took a long time for them to add another, which didn't have the trap door for cleaning debris. Water still gushes over interior corners of roof and pools by house foundation. Debris constantly collects at these corners too. Been calling and texting to get them back out, but they don't answer or return messages.

I was impressed by the model I saw at Costco. Technically, it all made sense to me, so I bought the system and had it installed. So far, the system is superb. Its been working now for over 4 months. Big thanks to the install crew. They were very helpful, quick, and very professional. A few suggestions: 1. For homeowners: before the crew leaves, check the gap along the gutter. Brackets inside the gutter hold it in place, and they're often tighter at both ends, so the gap looks narrow at the ends and wider in the middle. Walk at least 100 feet away from the house and look back. The difference is easy to spot from there. They'll adjust it so the gap is even, like in the catalog or the Costco model, but only if you ask. The crew focuses on function, not looks. Once it works, they're done, which is what happened with me. I noticed it the next day, and the fix took almost 2 months. An even gap gives the house a much classier look. 2. For homeowners: during the final walkdown with the installer, ask for 4" flexible downspout extensions. Otherwise, they'll leave the downspouts open at the bottom, and water will pool right at the wall. These gutters really work, so you'll have a pond after every rain. Have them extend each downspout at least 3 feet off the wall, longer if you can. They do this for free, but only if you ask. If you ask after the install (like I did), expect a wait, possibly up to 2 months. 3. For Leafguard: The chamber doors are weak. They don't affect gutter performance on the roof, but they can bulge from trapped leaves and dirt, and sometimes they blow off. They're also hard to remove and reinstall, not very user friendly. Worth finding a better design. Even so, I'd still buy this system.
