I am very very disappointed the customer service of this company. We had the system installed in Aug. of 2021. My neighbor noticed an excess of water coming down the side of my house in Dec. 2025. We called LeafFilter and finally had someone come by 2 weeks after I started calling. The repairman that came did not even bother to go up and check the gutters, but stated, from the ground, that it was not a gutter issue but a roofing issue--without inspecting anything. In fact, he said that he did not have a ladder tall enough to go up. REALLY! 90% of homes in Atlanta suburbs are 2 story homes, and you don't have a ladder tall enough. Anyway after many weeks of calling, I finally got a roofer to come, who said that it was not a roofing issue, but a gutter issue. This problem had to be deferred as I had family health issues which led to the death of my father to deal with. The last 2 months I have been calling diligently to get someone to call me back. I have, I believe talked to just about every customer service agent in the main office. They have all assured me that I will get a call back in 2 days. I have called every 3 days to see what has happened. NOTHING! After 6 months, I am still waiting to hear back from ANYONE, in the LeafFilter company. I have left multiple messages to the Atlanta branch, Operations manager, agent who sold me the system, sent emails to them via their "Contact Us" tab on their website. And how is my gutter, you ask? The filters are torn apart, and cracked on the left side of my house and because of that the gutter has separated from my house and is on the verge of falling off. Heads up to everyone. Critters messing with it and weather related damage is NOT covered in the warranty. so why have a warranty? people are not physically going to go up their and tear their gutters apart. Those 2 things are the only way a gutter filter can be damaged!!!! All I want now is for someone to call me back and actually come and fix the filters so I can get the gutter fixed. Because I cannot get anyone else to repair this, if i do I would negate the warranty of the gutter filters. I had a friend of mine go up and take pictures, you can see them below. If the guy who came in Dec. 2025 had just gone up checked it and fixed the problem, then all would be done and over with and I would not NOW be stuck with a $1500 repair for my gutters.

I told the sales rep Kazmin Williams that I wanted to wait to get gutters installed because I was getting siding put up. She stated that it wouldn't matter well... Siding company wants to charge me 800+ to remove the gutter so they can replace white trim that the gutters are attached to. Now they won't answer the phone or text messages...bad communication bad company... Never do business with them.

BUYER BEWARE! The sales guy Noah came out and spent 10 minutes walking around outside my house. He came in with a clipboard held close to his chest...never discussing or sharing measurements. He first cam up with a cost of $7k and within minutes reduced the cost to a little over 6k. I asked him why and said because I'm allowing the install the next day. After reading more reviews I had 2nd thoughts about the cost. My house is 1400 sq ft and just getting guards on the existing gutters. I email Noah to tell him to hold off on the install....then I signed the cancelation section of the purchase agreement and took it to the post office so its postdated on the 2nd day if the 3 days allowed to cancel. I was away for the day and when I returned a guy in a small pickup had installed the guards. I reached outnto the rep and he referred me to customer service. Just out of habit I climbed the ladder to check the work. The guards were installed with the shingles overlapping the 1/2 of the guards. I took pictures and sent to customer service who sent out an inspector. The inspector said the guards were not installed properly and I would have to get a roofer to trim the shingles....this was very upsetting....I asked the inspector if he would have installed the guards with the shingles being too long and he answered No. I phoned the finance Co. Concord Credit to stop the transaction that had been adjusted multil times by Leaffilter, and they would not do it even with a dispute process. So I have guards improperly installed and expected to get a roofer to fix, and expected to pay 6k for the install I canceled through the proper procedures . I'm hoping that the corporate office is able to make thus right. The 6k cost is 3x over the price for a 1400 Sq ft house. The rep never discussed linear ft.....just the dollar amounts he pulled off the top of his head. When they tell you they'll talk to their boss to adjust then price.....the reps are playing with thier own numbers. One other thing...you're lead to believe they will send out professional Leaffilter installer, when in fact they farm the installs out to limited English speaking cheap laborer.. a man in a little pickup truck and a cute little doggy is what I came home to and I had a difficult time communicating.
