Very disappointed overall with our LeafGuard experience. Clearly fooled by the salesperson, John, who came to our home and promised quality, reliable service. Once they earned our business, John was unresponsive when reaching out about scheduling, etc. After the job was done, we spent significant time picking up 50+ nails/screws scattered all around our house and materials from where the gutters were clearly cut in our yard. Still continue to find nails we originally missed. Lastly, we realized the loan terms were not at all what we agreed to or saw in the application, with the total amount now on our account doubling from the project total. This will now be a battle to fight. Seems like a scam. STRONGLY regretting our decision choosing LeafGuard.

Overall I give LeafGuard 4 stars. The product is great. Communication has been difficult with one project manager- took a week. I would give Guillermo Castaneda 6 stars!!! He is very professional, answers calls, texts and emails and goes above and beyond to get the job done! He was exceptional !

So I hate leaving bad reviews so the one positive is they work. For the price I paid I was expecting a clean professional look and while the gutters look good the metal behind it looks like amateur work. Different size metal. Pieces overlapping instead of a splice piece . Screws showing. They left old and new screws all over the yard and driveway and so far have had to replace 2 tires and patch 1. I’m still picking up screws and those long gutters nails from old gutter. I had this done July 1st and I’ve reached out to several people and nobody is responding which is scary since the guy who came out was relentless in praising the customer service. You would think after talking with 3 people and also the finance company ,who knows I’m not paying til service is complete, that I would hear from someone after a month. What’s sad is I overpaid because I thought I would get A1 service. After learning they have already been paid by finance company I now know why I can’t get a response. To me if you left a mess of screws and shotty looking work your not finished . I’ll be waiting but not holding my breath: This is an update: anyone reading this look at the reply from Leafguard below. You would think they would care, but I have been lied to by this company about a dozen times by now . as you can see, they seem concerned, but whenever they reach out to you what they promise you never happens. I have called the corporate level and was told somebody would call they never do. on 1124,25 and today they were supposed to come out and do the repairs and no shows. Where we remind you these are new gutters. The back gutter leaked from day one. They put on metal of different sizes. I am telling anyone if you want a company that’s going to install your gutters and take care of you afterwards this is not the company. Deciding to add pictures of what is supposed to be high-quality work at a price a few thousand over other quotes. The salesman who comes out does an extremely good job of pushing the product but unfortunately that is bs. Unfortunately I am now taking the step to get a lawyer and sue these people for leaving me an incomplete job and making me waste nearly 2000 dollars by taking off work to meet people and they never show up. Unfortunately I can’t post the video for some reason of the water pouring over the gutters like Niagara Falls.

Really pushy marketing. They sent a team of people to solicit business, the angle was- my neighbors had roofing issues and they were just in the neighborhood signing people up for “courtesy inspections” since they would be around. Made multiple comments on the size of my home in relation to the appearance of my age, essentially how do I own my home and I’m so young…? Just weird. I specifically told them and the scheduling agent I work from home with my kids and couldn’t set aside time to have a long conversation or a big sales pitch but I’d take a free inspection, sure… well next day they sent this poor kid and it was just what I was afraid and assured it wouldn’t be- a long conversation drawn out sales pitch. They don’t even give him a heads up on the dynamic he was walking into. Took up an hour of my work day and was just so awkward when I had to cut it off short. Just super pushy company. Needless to say, I have no solicitation signs on my door and mailbox now , lol. Thanks LeafGuard!

Excellent presentation and professionalism. Getting the install done ASAP. Highly recommended. I had no clue how much the old gutters were failing and actually damaging my home.
