Initial communication with APS was fantastic customer service, explained everything in detail about what would be done and how the maintenance plan works and the benefits. Technician Scott had come out and performed fantastic service in both communicating everything he was doing as well as the actual effort with the system. Great service and respectful in his communication. Business model through customer service was perfect.

Just moved into my home. I worked with Kimberly in accounting, and she is amazing and super thorough, professional, and easygoing. explained everything to me in detail with a smile. Matt the technician came to our home to check out a problem, and he was timely and professional and addressed all issues with photos as well. Highly recc this service!!

We were very impressed with the sales pitch and the number of 5 star reviews this company received prior to signing. We paid our deposit December 23rd and thought all was well with permitting, and our expectations had been set that all would be installed and working by March. A city representative came out and put a stake in the ground identifying the level the unit would need to be installed to be above flood stage, one foot above our property as we expected. Some miscommunication must have occurred between APS and the permitting department as APS said we would need to install a 3 foot tall platform upon which to place the generator unit. We went to City Hall where we were told the platform needed to be 12” tall as we expected. We feel APS should have handled this rather than us. The sales department stopped returning our calls, saying our salesman was “in a meeting” or “out of town”. Weeks have gone by without calls being returned. A couple of times we were told to expect a return call within an hour. Hasn’t happened. We still haven’t spoken to the salesman or any knowledgeable person at APS. We feel scammed and our next step may be to dispute the $6,000 charge on our credit card for the down payment and go with another company. With any luck we may be able to have a unit installed before hurricane season. Go to another vendor for your generator needs. This one is a lemon.

Kenny and his partner were both professional, friendly, excellent with questing and explanations. I was impressed with how they went above and beyond, even cleaning the top of the generator which had been abused by nature, storms and coconut trees. Thank you Kenny!

Great service and communication! Thank you to the permitting team, David and friends, and to the ground team, James and friends, for a smooth transition and timely turnaround!! They kept everything tidy, huge appreciation for that!!
