I started to use Resilient since January of 2026. I have had several things done by them at the house since then. They are a very good and professional outfit. Vanessa who handles the office appointments is great and always helpful and very responsive. They generally provide appointments quickly (same or 1-2 days) and provide excellent arrival status information - much of it automated through text messages. My technician has been Mat. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and truly provides great service with a smile. Resilient appears to have "assigned" him for my account, which is great - over the few visits, he has come to know of my house electrical circuit layout and electrical panels/breakers. He also conducted a "full home electrical inspection" as a Resilient courtesy for becoming their annual member. That was very helpful as there were a number of things I was unaware of. All in all, I am very pleased with the service Resilient has provided and plan to continue using them for the foreseeable future. Vanessa, Mat and Resilient team - thanks for a job well done!

Michael did an awesome install job, and he’s very nice. Vanessa in the office answered a lot of my E-mails thoroughly and promptly. I will definitely use them again.

Mat and Michael were extremely knowledgeable and found many things that our contractor did that needed to be corrected. They hung several ceiling fans and it was done right. We are very happy with this company and these guys, and highly recommend them for any size of job at your home or business. I can’t wait for them to take on air-conditioning services as well so I have one number to call for all of our home maintenance needs! 5 stars.

The team, Mark, Mike, and Mat, did great work. They were able to troubleshoot my issues and and the end solution looks clean. They were professional, and Mark especially went above and beyond helping me unload a delivery that came in while he was here waiting for the rest of the team to arrive.

I called Resilient because of a problem with a ground fault interrupter. They offered me with a same day appointment, and they came within the hour. After checking into the problem, they also found some other electrical problems that needed attention, which I chose to go ahead with. They performed the work efficiently and the guys,Mike and Mark were great to work with. Highlyy recommend this company.
