We had an outstanding experience with Granite Garage Floors from start to finish. They arrived exactly when promised, worked efficiently, and completed the project with very little disruption to our daily routine. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They clearly explained every step, what to expect, and how long we needed to stay off the floor afterward. There were no surprises. Most importantly, the finished product looks incredible. I just had my garage floor completed in the Manor River granite coloring. Henry and his crew on truck 8 (Joaquin & I don’t recall the other crew member’s name- sorry) were very friendly, professional, and respectful. I highly recommend working with Jimmy on your consultation for finding the right color- no pressure sales tactics, just makes sure all of your questions are answered.

We wanted to resurface our two-car carport and front patio on our mid-century modest split-level but the rainy weather this year delayed the work for several weeks. They wanted to make sure the substrate was dry and the weather was fair before starting the job. It was worth the wait! The 2-day install went smoothly (actually two half-days to prep the surface and apply the flakes; and the polymer coat). The color matches our sample and the coating dried quickly in the 90°F weather without causing much of the adverse smell we were concerned about. We are very pleased with the upgrade for our home!

He took the time to explain the entire installation process clearly and showed us exactly what differentiates them from the competition. The installation team was also top-notch.
