Our sales agent William was very friendly, thorough, and informative he left me with no questions about the installation of our garage door, the customer service team communication and the sales transaction went smoothly and by the next day they had technicians out to do a full install on our garage door! Dontay and Chanler did an AMAZING JOB with the install! They were friendly very quick yet effective and clean we are very proud of our new door and the price was great!

Brian came by to adjust the lift spring tension to decrease effort required when manually raising the door when needed, such as during a power outage. As always, he was courteous, efficient, and right on time. Minor adjustment made, and NO CHARGE. He keeps our 17 year old system humming. Dukes is a great business (Garage door and opener sales and services), and Brian is a wonderful technician as well as just a great person. 🤗👍✅😇

SPOT ON. PERIOD. Great initial consultation, great office support, and extraordinary installation. GDG has serviced my garage door for years. The time had come for an upgrade/replacement and I could not be happier. A big shout out the office support who tolerated my constant calls: Thanks Jennifer and Stephanie! Unexpected collapse through the garage ceiling - garage door opener was improperly mounted (to a 4x4) many years ago by a DIY friend. Josh came out and worked till almost 10:00 p.m. to get it fixed. Had a minor issue with hesitation when closing a week later that turned out to be a short where one of the wires touched an old nail. Josh took care of it again, under warranty! When I called the 1st time I was scheduled immediately. When I called the 2nd time, Josh was there within 24 hours. Great response, great service.

John H did an outstanding job from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure everyone understood each step of the process. He was extremely patient with my mom and our neighbor, taking the time to answer all questions without ever rushing or making anyone feel uncomfortable.
