They were able to come out quickly. I needed some minor assignments. When Josiah arrived and evaluated the garage door he noticed the spring had broken. I thought they would have to come back with the parts for the repair. Josiah told me he had everything in his trunk to fix the spring that day. Josiah fixed the spring, tuned up what needed to be done and was able to do it immediately. Good job, efficient, and didn't leave a mess!

Great experience from start to finish! Bryan was quick to respond, professional, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue with our garage door right away and had everything repaired quickly and correctly. The pricing was fair, and there was no pressure to buy anything we didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find a company that is honest, reliable, and takes pride in their work. Our garage door is working perfectly now, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair!

SPOT ON. PERIOD. Great initial consultation, great office support, and extraordinary installation. GDG has serviced my garage door for years. The time had come for an upgrade/replacement and I could not be happier. A big shout out the office support who tolerated my constant calls: Thanks Jennifer and Stephanie! And a great big thanks to the installers who I wish were my new best friends, Henry and Paul. The whole team knocked it out of the park. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Brian came by to adjust the lift spring tension to decrease effort required when manually raising the door when needed, such as during a power outage. As always, he was courteous, efficient, and right on time. Minor adjustment made, and NO CHARGE. He keeps our 17 year old system humming. Dukes is a great business (Garage door and opener sales and services), and Brian is a wonderful technician as well as just a great person. 🤗👍✅😇
